Chianti Classico A wine of excellent complexity and structure. The colour is intense ruby-red with purple reflections. The wine has an intense bouquet, rich in fruity and winy hints and a captivating balsamic note. The period in wood gives a notable balance to the wine and silky, smooth tannins on the palate. Complex and multi-faceted with intense fruit aromas and a pronounced vanilla tone thanks to its time in oak Barolo A rich, round and full-bodied Barolo, firm in structure and complex in aroma. Slightly fuller in body than the Barolos from the Monfalletto vineyard. Rich notes of liquorice, ripe fruit and eucalyptus. A sweet and powerful taste with robust and juicy tannins, fresh cherry blackberry and white chocolate. Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Intense garnet-red colour. A wine with fine, fragrant bouquet and a dry, full complex and velvety smooth taste. Rich and warm on the palate with strong, supple tannins, great length and an almond aftertaste.

5 White Wine Selection from Italy Greco di Tufo Wonderful growing conditions combine to produce a Greco of great structure and class. Made only from selected grapes, this wine is intense with a delicious, fruity bouquet. Chardonnay This classical varietal wine is a subtle and elegant example of the world s favourite white grape. The wine is deliciously full and ripe on the palate with subtle citrus fruit flavours.
