Terra Del Capo Pinot Grigio Western Cape Subtle whiffs of lemon, orange leaf, peach and stone fruit tempt the nose. The palate offers tangy and succulent notes of peach and nectarine fruit, along with some lemon freshness. Thelema Riesling Elgin Made in off dry style, showing fragrant spice on the nose, and flavours of yellow fruit and lime on the palate. Oak spice finishing with sumptuous concentration and length Highberry Cabernet Sauvignon This wine earns its reputation as King Cab with deep, defined flavours and incredible structure. Layers of red cherry, mulberry and blackcurrant are backed up by ripe plum and cocoa on the nose, and luscious dark chocolate notes. Springfield Whole Berry Cabernet Sauvignon Robertson Whole berry maceration is followed by fermentation with natural yeasts, racking and one year s maturation in oak barrels. Delaire Graff Shiraz This juicy, ripe and approachable Shiraz with its ruby colour and purple tints has a spicy white pepper undertone as well as lavender and dark red fruit aromas of mulberries Sutherland Syrah Elgin This wine is tasty and complex; showing black berry flavours with great texture on the palate. There are blackcurrant and fynbos aromas on the nose. Waterford Kevin Arnold Shiraz Vibrant red fruit, earthy and cold stone lead the aromatics of this Shiraz, accompanied by soft plum fruit and leather spice undertones

12 MERLOT Villiera Merlot The colour of the wine is brilliant red. The aroma shows hints of wood spice with attractive dark berry fruit. On the palate the wine is rich and full of juicy soft tannins and good acidity. 245 Meinert Merlot Fresh, rich brick red colour. Dried herbs and ripe berries, quite a heady nose, no doubt it will settle some more. A gentle wine with a soft round middle and a firm crisp finish. 385 Rustenberg Merlot Rich aromas of blackberries, cassis, eucalyptus and dark chocolate follow through to a smooth palate that is both balanced and well-rounded with fine grained tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now or will benefit from maturation in ideal cellar conditions. Groote Post Merlot Darling Hills Berry and plum flavours are prominent on the nose, supported by some subtle hints of mint, resulting in a wonderful flavour spectrum. A juicy mid palate is supported by soft silky tannins and aging in oak barrels Thelema Merlot The wine shows bright, red fruit and hints of spice on the nose, with concentrated flavours on the palate and soft, polished tannins. Kanonkop Kadette Pinotage A complex wine with hints of red fruit and mocha flavours. Beautiful and approachable with a firm follow through of black fruit and rip tannin Meerendal Pinotage Durbanville Hills The wine has a deep dark ruby colour with sweet fruit and some spice and dark chocolate. It displays juicy red and black berry flavours on the palate and soft tannins Deetlefs Pinotage Rawsonville Dark ruby colour with scarlet rim. Perfumed nose with abundance of mulberry, raspberry, cherries, and prune aromas. Fruit aromas backed up by subtle presence of vanilla, spicy oak and an earthy undertone. Ripe tannins ensure good structure and well-integrated oak adds to complexity. Good balance with fresh fruit flavours and subtle oak. 4

14 RED BLENDS Beyerskloof Synergy This wine combines the classic European with the New World wine styles. An abundance of black fruit upon entry leads to a big, juicy middle with soft, well rounded tannins. La Motte Millennium Franschhoek A dusty, earthy nose with raspberry and mulberry fruit, cinnamon spice and a hint of mint, promising a complex wine. The first touch on the palate is velvety and juicy. The mid-palate is firm, but medium-bodied and the finish mineral-dry and lingering. Steenberg Stately Red Blend Tokai This is a dense and opulent wine, showing remarkable silky texture and depth as well as an elegant tannin structure. Spice, black fruit, floral and earthy notes linger on the palate long after the last sip Ken Forrester Renegade Hint of Grenache s earthy rusticity and Shiraz s noble spice with hints of nutmeg and salty black olive on the finish. Doolhof Cabernet Franc Wellington Youthful, dark red with perfumed blackcurrants, violets, truffles and graphite on the nose. An elegant, slight mineral character is also present Spice Route Grenache Swartland Vibrant light red colour. Red berry fruit and subtle pepper harmonize with cardamom and iron-like spice.
