Bollinger Special Cuvée NV 5 A Pinot Noir dominated Cuvée from one of the Champagne region s finest Houses. A minimum of 4 years bottle age. Well balanced with an elegant and refined finish. Sparkling Wine Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry 2 Borgo Del Col Alto 11% abv 125ml A fruity aromatic bouquet with hints of flowers, honey and apple leading to a light and fresh palate. Rose Wine Cinsault Rose La Vigneau % abv A beautiful coral pink colour leads to an inviting palate of summer fruits, strawberry, raspberry and cherry and a mouth filling creamy texture. Sancerre `Le Rochoy` Domaine Laporte (Loire/France) Founded in 1850 Domaine Laporte has always been at the top of its game. Single Vineyard Red Wines Quaffable Lighter Style Reds Cabernet-Merlot Duc de Chapelle % abv This wine is a deep ruby red in colour. The nose has soft and mellow aromas of red plums. On the palate, the wine is smooth with silky tannins and flavours of ripe berries, cherries and plums. Carignan Vieilles Vignes Roche de Belanne Made from 50 year old Carignan vines. A ripe and concentrated wine, deep ruby in colour with an alluring nose of sweet ripe strawberry and dark cherry. Sangiovese Organic, Boira (Marche/Italy) Rich ruby colour, the aroma is laden with stone fruit and brambles. The palate is smooth and balanced with plum overtones. Silky tannins give firm structure with a lengthy finish on the palate. Rioja Crianza Edicion Limitada Ramon Bilbao (Rioja/Spain) 14% abv 5.40 This exceptional and unusual Rioja Crianza is made 7.20 from 40 year old Tempranillo vines. Stunning wine with layers of juicy red berry, plum and vanilla. Deep, velvety and sexy. Cabernet Sauvignon `Reserve` Tres Palacios (Maipo/Chile) This Cabernet has a deep red colour with a nose of red fruits like raspberries and wild strawberries. Malbec Altosur Finca Sophenia 2 (Mendoza/Argentina) Aromas of intense ripe fruit, cherries, blackberries, blueberries,and fresh plums combined with spicy and floral hints. A wine of good intensity, concentration and long after taste. Pic Saint Loup St Lucie d Euzet A deep ruby colour with a nose packed with mouth-watering fruits of the forest, mixed with the scent of the garrigue (herbs and aromatic plants).
