Maturation takes place in neutral vessels to bring through the unique vineyard character showing savoury mint, berries and plums, with a full and rich structure on the mid pallet. Rainbow s End 295 Intense, dark red colour, perfumed, earthy and nutty nose with heaps of ripe blackcurrant and cassis berries. Starke-Condé Stellenbosch 320 Deep vermillion, black current and fern-leaf aromas, plush yet savoury, polished rounded tannins, hauntingly long finish. Anura An elegant example of this noble variety, showing layers of ripe blackcurrants, red berry, mulberry and cherry flavours with hints of cedar and walnuts. A balanced wine with lots of fruit and fine notes of spice and tobacco on the palate. This wine displays a smooth, complex finish. Warwick First Lady The nose reveals lots of red berries and sweet black cherries, complemented by sweet vanilla and chocolate oak background. Blaauwklippen This fruity accessible Cabernet Sauvignon is gently matured in large oak vats, which create a smooth, elegant, yet well-structured wine, boasts whiffs of Vanilla, sweet tobacco and dark red fruit.

Merlot Remhoogte 295 The nose is lively with aromas of plums, figs and cassis seasoned by undertones of peppermint and cedar. The palate is refined and juicy on entry and followed by a broad, grainy tannin and fresh acidity giving length and body. With maturation, the tannins will round and the wine will move from the broad and generous to more linear and elegant. Anura Reserve 275 The wine has copious amounts of ripe blackberry, red berry and blackcurrant flavours, hints of herbal and violet aromas are folded into layers of dark chocolate, including some meaty/spicy notes on the nose Shiraz Noble Hill This Syrah reminds us of toasty black cherries, liquorice, and dark chocolate: a perfect match for rich flavours. Reyneke Biodynamic 295 Uplifting bright sweet red plum fruit with layers of perfumed violets and red berry notes dominate the nose followed by subtle notes of fynbos, white pepper, cinnamon, liquorice and aniseed spice.
