18 INTRODUCING CORTE FIORE Practicing organic farming methods, the wines from Corte Fiore focus on the terroir of Italy s finest regions to create quality, value-driven wines. ROSÉ The Corte Fiore Rosé is made from Montepulciano grapes, grown in the high altitude, cool-climate region of the Abruzzo Mountains. Fresh, dry and crisp, this pale pink rosé has great acidity with notes of juicy cherries and wildflowers. PROSECCO An extra dry Prosecco from Italy s Veneto DOC, this wine is crisp and refreshing with a fruity nose, abundant creamy fizz and notes of green apples, peaches and pears.
