11 ROSÉ WINE By Ott 2015 Côtes de Provence Peyrassol 2015, Provence Sancerre Rosé 2015, Jolivet, Loire LBP LBP LBP LBP LBP LBP By Ott exhibits ample dried orange peel, flower and rose petal that s lifted by a decidedly saline-like minerality. Mediumbodied, pure and elegant, with great acidity. This is everything that a rose wine should be. A delectable, pure, peachy nose blossoms that just seems to open up blossom with aeration. This rose is as fine a wine of its appellation and color as I can recall having tasted. Fresh strawberry; almond and chalk rise from the glass, on a refreshing palate.
