A lovely golden straw colour and exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose is full with hints of red fruits with a long lasting finish. Dom Perignon 2009 and minerally, with prominent citrus fruit flavours, with a long, spicy finish. Ruinart Brut NV with toasty notes and a touch of lemon. Jeio Rose NV Veneto, Italy Soft, fruity and refreshing with flavours of citrus, rose and raspberry. This sparkling wine has fine and persistent bubbles and a long lasting finish. CARO Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec 2014 Uco Valley, Argentina CARO, from Catena and Rothschild, has a strong Argentine identity, characterized by the Malbec grape, which is given further elegance and complexity through blending with Cabernet Sauvignon. The combination produces a voluptuous, refined wine with a harmonious balance between the wine s Argentinian identity and its Bordeaux style.
