We are proud of our partnership with The Franklin Institute and our combined ability to provide you with great value, uncommonly good food and superb service in a fabulous setting. When you ve catered more than 15,000 events, you bring something to the table. Frog Commissary is the region s most experienced catering organization with a long history of service to every segment of the Delaware Valley s catering market. Our goal is to make your event happen on time, on budget and with style. To this end we are happy to share with you any of the resources we have found invaluable throughout the years. The following pages contain sample menus and pricing for business meetings, breakfasts and luncheons that can be used as a guideline in planning your event at The Franklin Institute. Regardless of your needs, we ll work with you to create a package that takes care of all the details, suits your tastes and pleases your guests. If for any reason you do not find what you are looking for, please let us know. We ll be happy to provide you with additional options or custom write a detailed proposal. From 5:00 a.m. to the end of each day s events, your staff provided pleasant service, fabulous presentation and a warm smile to all ICMM members.then there was the day of Floyd. The early crew moved breakfast indoors and served from a wind whipped, outdoor tent. The lunch crew waited patiently as the delegates got their pictures taken and arrived 10 minutes after lunch was supposed to be over. The dinner crew arrived during the height of the storm. And then there was you, who spent untold hours piping surprise chocolate bon voyage messages to the group..
