9 We appreciate menu selection thirty (30) days in advance; approximate count, fourteen (14) days in advance; and the final count (adults, children & infants), three (3) weekdays in advance. We allow a five (5) percent no-show. A 10% non-refundable deposit will confirm your date. All meals include gratuity. Fifty dollars ($50.00) service charge for banquets under twenty adults. Banquet Rooms are available one hour prior to scheduled function time. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises. No food or beverages are permitted to be brought into the banquet rooms without permission. Should your group be tax exempt, the proper forms are needed on file before your scheduled function date. We appreciate if you have any special meals for food allergies or vegetarian, to let us know a week prior to your banquet. Decorated Wedding or Anniversary cake is included with the meals that choose cake as their dessert. A complimentary Top Cake tier is given for parties over 100 guests. Moderate dancing is permitted in banquet facilities. Please make sure arrangements for dancing are made prior to your banquet. Music volume should be kept within reason for the consideration of our other guests.
