1 Dining Marina Heights Visit our NEW website for more information and menus Dining Marina Heights Welcome to Eurest Dining Services, Inc.at Marina Heights. Starbucks in Building 1, Matts Big Breakfast in Building 2, and Café 450 in Building 3, and in addition there convenience Markets in Building 2, 3 and 4 and an anticipated Market planned for Building 5. A multi-tiered Catering program for Marina Heights is available via the Dining Website link. Please feel free to use the link for contacting us or drop by one of our locations and talk to the manager. The 3 Market operations in Building 2, Building 3 and in Building 4, all carry somewhat similar products but do vary on Healthy vs. Vegan vs. Naughty Snacks and with their beverage selections. The Building 4 market has a fresh breakfast and lunch sandwich/deli program. Weekly menus for the café and market D with additional information are posted with the dining website. This website link is to keep you informed regarding what Compass Group is up to here on campus, and remember we are open to the public at all our locations as well! Jason Zagorski Matt s Big Breakfast General Manager Jason was born in Long Island NY, his father was a pharmacist and mother a loan officer.

He moved back to Orlando and began working with a popular Pizza chain which developed into a franchising opportunity opening 16 properties around the US.

Jason joined the Compass Group, managing Matt s Big Breakfast in February 2017, to continue to enhance service with the team, and continue his path with

His family moved to Florida where Jason did more of his growing up. He got into the food business after graduating college with a business degree. He moved back to Orlando and began working with a popular Pizza chain which developed into a franchising opportunity opening 16 properties around the US. Jason then moved to the Phoenix area after a several year stint with Planet Hollywood, in Orlando. Jason joined the Compass Group, managing Matt s Big Breakfast in February 2017, to continue to enhance service with the team, and continue his path with MBB from opening the Biltmore location. Outside of work Jason is an avid hiker and does a fair amount of traveling. Additionally he truly enjoys checking out new restaurants in the metro area. 7 Update from GM, Jason Zagorski Matt s has been open for a several months now and we like knowing how we are doing. We have made some new friends here in the area and it is exciting to be open to the public, meeting more new neighbors. Please send to Jason.zagorski@compass-usa.com We would like to share little history taken from the back of the menu For over 10 years, we ve made sure that our food represents quality. We cook the old-fashioned way, from scratch. By sourcing prime ingredients, never compromising our ideals and preparing every plate to order, every time, we work hard to exceed our guests expectations. We believe that food prepared this way isn t only better tasting, but better for you. Our thick-cut bacon and most of our pork items are crafted by a small local butcher in Queen Creek, Arizona. Other sausages come from another butcher shop just up the street from our original store. We only use cage free eggs, real butter, extra virgin olive oil, organic milk, fresh Kennebec and Yukon Gold potatoes, locally roasted small-batch coffee and artisan-baked breads from a local bakery. We don t own a freezer or a microwave. Citrus is hand-squeezed all day long for our signature honey lemonade and fresh orange juice. Our mom and pop shop has garnered lots of attention from both local and national media. We have received multiple Best of Phoenix awards from the Arizona Republic, Phoenix New Times and Phoenix Magazine and have been featured nationally by The New York Times, USA Today, Bon Apetit, Arizona Highways, Martha Stewart Radio and many others. We have also appeared on the Food Network on The Best Thing I Ever Ate and Guy Fieri s famed Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. As honored as we are by all of this acclaim, we are proudest of the daily support of our tried and true regular customers, many of whom eat at our place several times a week. It s simple. Our mission since Day One at our little red-brick store in downtown Phoenix has been to elevate a common meal breakfast to an uncommon level. Thanks for stopping in, Matt and Erenia.
