Now that markets are open in buildings 2,3 and 4 we work to meet a variety of needs. That doesn t mean we got everything just right, and your input can help us along our way. 10 Chef Michael Snoke Executive Chef Chef Michael Snoke is the Executive Chef at Marina Heights. Chef Michael began his culinary career at the age of 18 at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, quickly rising through the ranks of the kitchen before accepting the position of Chef de Cuisine at Latilla Restaurant at the Boulders Resort in Carefree, Arizona. It was here that he discovered and fed his passion for southwestern cuisine. Chef Michael left Arizona in 1994 to become the Chef de Cuisine at the Oaks Restaurant at the Caramel Valley Ranch Resort in Caramel, California, where he furthered his knowledge of American and spa cuisine. Chef Michael couldn t stay away from the Grand Canyon State for long, however, and returned two years later to become Chef de Cuisine of Windows on the Green at the Phoenician Resort under the guidance of James Beard Award winner Chef Robert McGrath. Chef Michael departed Arizona again in 2000 to join the Union League Club as Executive Sous Chef, before returning to his beloved Arizona to serve as Executive Chef at Forest Highlands Golf Club in Flagstaff. Chef Michael then took the opportunity to join Levy and become a chef for a professional sports team for the first time, as Executive Chef at Ford Field, home of the Detroit Lions. After serving the hungry fans of Super Bowl XL, the first Super Bowl ever held in Detroit, Chef Michael moved back to Arizona to accept the position of Executive Chef at Chase Field where he spent the last 11 years before joining the team at Marina Heights. Chef Michael resides in Arizona with his partner Daniel and daughter Madeline.
