This salad has the perfect amount of crispy chickpeas and mint, which is used in both the salad and the tahini-mint dressing. Incorporating Greek salad ingredients like sweet tomatoes, cucumber and sharp feta gives this salad a flavorful twist. To provide the perfect balance of fulfilling and healthy, we top this salad off with grilled pita bread. Seared Tuna Nicoise w/ Farro $16.75 We adore the traditional tuna nicoise but wanted to elevate the experience by adding a twist to the classic combo of potatoes, hard boiled eggs, tuna, French green beans and olives with a whole grain. Farro was selected due to its nutty flavor. This salad is topped off with a Dijonlemon dressing to add layers of flavor. Mama Mariette s Meatloaf $14.50 Mama Mariette s meatloaf is one of the best I have eaten in my life and comes from quite a storied tradition! This recipe was handed down from Yannick s great grandmother to grandmother, and his mother when she married his father. After marrying Yannick, the family recipe was entrusted to me! Mama Mariette uses prime ground beef as the base for her meatloaf, then combines onion, breadcrumbs, spices, bacon and egg to perfect the flavors. Mama Mariette s Meatloaf is best served with garlic roasted potatoes and French green beans, along with a mushroom forestiere sauce for the gravy. It is an honor to be able to share this family recipe with you.

2 Black Bean Sage-roasted Butternut Quesadillas $13.25 We love eating Mexican food and had the idea to combine Mexican flavors and cooking techniques to bring this delicious vegetarian dish to life. Creamy black beans are used as the protein source and is combined with the earthy blend of butternut, caramelized onion and salsa. Sweet, savory and spice inspired these nontraditional quesadillas. Salmon in Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce $18.25 This garlic lemon butter salmon is one of our top picks because it is not only flavorful, but rich in Omega 3 acids. What better way to combine healthy and delicious than searing the salmon and serving it with steamed white rice, tomato and cucumber Mediterranean salad and white wine sauce. Shrimp in Coconut Curry Sauce $14.25 Indian and Thai cuisine meet in this delicious dish, which features delicious shrimp in a coconut curry sauce and traditional basmati rice. Your taste buds will relish this perfect balance of heat!

3 Italian-American Meatballs $14.50 Is there any better example of a traditional comfort food than meatballs? Every culture has its own version, but for this dish we were inspired to combine the Italian version in flavor and the American version in size. Big, juicy, aromatic and so tender that they will fall apart in your mouth. Beef and pork are used to give the meatballs a varying depth and dimension of taste. This dish is served with freshly made marinara sauce over linguini with our homemade garlic bread. Cuban Mojo Roasted Chicken $13.25 For this dish we wanted to combine the traditional Cuban way of roasting chicken with a healthier version of eating this meal. The chicken is marinated in mojo, which gives it a zesty citrus flavor with a note of earthiness. Recreating this recipe into a cleaner, healthier version allows us to serve it with black beans stew, roasted sweet potato, quinoa-rice and chimichurri sauce. Sancocho (meat & vegetable stew) $13.50 Sancocho is a traditional Dominican stew made from a variety of meats and vegetables. The goto recipe for Dominican mothers, this dish is whipped up the minute they see a cloud in the sky or to simply cure a hangover. We have decided to use beef, pork, and smoked bones for our sancocho and the vegetables are yucca, yam and green plantain, which has been stewed for four hours and thickened with pumpkin and carrot purees. This dish is served with steamed white rice.

4 Kids Dishes: Italian Mini Meatballs $8.25 Our kids love this traditional version of Italian Meatballs. Juicy, aromatic and so tender that they will fall apart in your mouth. Beef and pork are used to give the meatballs a varying depth and dimension of taste. This dish is served with freshly made marinara sauce over linguini with our homemade garlic bread. Chicken Al Pastor Quesadillas $8.25 This is kids approved dish. We use chicken breast and use a sofrito based marinate to add flavors to chicken. This dish is served with pico de gallo, sour cream and slices of oranges. Side Dishes: Pico de Gallo $4.00 Made with Locally Source Farm fresh Produce, Our Freshly made Pico de Gallo is Bold in Flavor and can be Paired Perfectly Paired with Most of our Dishes or Simply with Chips. *In case you didn t know Pico de Gallo in Spanish means Rooster s Beak and it got its name because the Serrano Pepper resembles a Rooster s Beak in Shape.

5 Guaca-Pico $6.25 The Avocado based dip a.k.a Guacamole was first developed by the Aztec in Mexico. Now it is one of the most consumed dips in America. For this guacamole we used avocado from Mexico mixed with Dominican Avocado for sweetness. We combined our pico de gallo with the mashed avocados to create our delicious guacamole full of robust flavors with a touch of heat. Pair this guacamole with any of our Latin American dishes or simply with any pita chips. Chef s Pick Herbs Roasted Vegetables $6.25 I am a firm believer of a well herbed vegetables recipe, that is why for this recipe we wanted to include powerful herbs that are not only good for your wellness, but they add layers of flavor to any vegetable. Some of the herbs we love using are thyme, rosemary and lavender to name a few. Roasted vegetables can be the perfect match for any dish. Yana s Chicken Salad $6.25 This recipe Yana created it with the flair of adding a combination of fruit and celery to balance the flavor from the chicken and the herbs used in this recipe. The idea to combine the grapes and celery along with the caraway seed came after eating a roasted chicken made with the same ingredients The sweet twist on chicken salad with grapes, celery, caraway seed and honey mustard makes this chicken salad the best side dish for our Cuban MoJo Roasted Chicken or simply eat it with crackers or bread.

6 Chef s Creation Empanadas $3.25 An empanada is a type of pasty baked or fried in many countries of the Americas and in Spain. The name comes from the Spanish word empanar, meaning to wrap or coat in bread. Empanadas are famous around the world, although every country has its own name for the delicious moist pastry. For our menu we are using different fillings such as, ground beef in tomato sauce, roasted vegetables and chicken stew in adobo sauce. Indulging Section: Chocolate Babka $12.50 The Babka made it to our first menu because it is part of both Yannick and Ana s culture. The Jewish babka is a treat both grandma s used to do for the family growing up. Is very interesting that although Yannick and Ana are from two different country, their culture meet through the food and their ancestor s background. For this traditional twist bread we use chocolate chips from Switzerland to add a smooth and rich chocolate flavor. This recipe would make our grandmother proud. Cinnamon & Hazelnut Babka $13.25 The Babka made it to our first menu because it is part of both Yannick and Ana s culture. The Jewish babka is a treat both grandma s used to do for the family growing up. Is very interesting that although Yannick and Ana are from two different country, their culture meet through the food and their ancestor s background. For this traditional twist bread, we use cinnamon and roasted hazelnut, great combination of sweet and nutty. This recipe would make our grandmother proud.

7 Apple Turnover $3 These crispy treats are perfect for breakfast or dessert! We use pastry puff dough and caramelized apples to create a dessert that's both tender and flaky, with apple pie-like filling and a thin white glaze. Chocolate Chip Cookies $2.50 Ultra thick Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies feature golden brown edges with ooey and gooey centers. Chocolate Drizzle Croissant $4.00 Layer upon layer of light, buttery flaky pastry drizzled with chocolate. Ciabatta Bread $2.00 This rustic Italian loaf is filled with irregular holes, all the better to trap a drizzle of olive oil or simply dip in your tomato marinara sauce.
