7 PRIME CHILI CON CARNE 279 kr It s a dish which is hard to get right, and easy to get wrong so it's lucky we have done our research! Our chilli takes six hours to make from scratch using our own blend of herbs and spices, adding in chunks of our famously tender prime rib and juicy pork neck. Served mildly spicy with creamed rice on the side. (Mi) TIGELA DE CARNE 279 kr Our own attempt at some Latin-American fusion. Marinated beef, chicken and pork slow cooked in our own Salsa spices with spinach, paprika, onion and chorizo. Served in a crispy tortilla bowl lined with creamed rice to make a flavourful, homemade experience. You won t get this anywhere else. (Wg, Cg, Mi) CHORIZO SPIKED COD A fillet of cod fried with chili salt and topped with chunks of chorizo. Laid on a bed of cooked green beans, cherry tomato and bell pepper with our orange dressing.
