We mount the hog, with skin left on to retain juices, into the grill, you trailer it home and lite the grill yourself. In 6 to 8 hours you have a golden brown, moist succulent hog to serve your guests. The hog is so easy to carve, it falls off the bone. Our hogs are federally inspected to assure safe healthy pork for your family & friends. Our grills are propane fired for smooth cooking process with constant, regulated steady heat. The hog is cradled in a stainless steel barred basket- no galvanized chicken wire used. You may opt to rub the inside of the hog with CSH special blend of seasonings for enhanced flavoring. Sausage may be stuffed into the cavity of the hog, giving you a 2nd Entree. We will prep it, grill it, and carve it on site! Enjoy your guests and the aroma while we do all the work. A hog averages about 100 pounds, feeds about 100 people, holds approximately 20 pounds of stuffing, and can be rubbed down with our house made blend of seasonings.
