2 Welcome, Clippers fans! The Columbus Clippers would like to welcome you and your guests to the 2019 season! We have a full-time Catering Department to help facilitate any and all of your catering needs. Our Suites & Catering Manager is available each and every day to answer any questions you may have regarding the menu, accommodate special requests and to help make your experience one of a kind! Please direct all suite food and beverage inquiries to Maura Griffin at To ensure the utmost quality, presentation and service, we ask that all orders are placed two (2) business days prior to the game by 2:00 pm. Please specify suite number, company name, the date and time of the game as well as the name and phone number of the person placing the order. Any orders or changes made after the deadline will be taken care of by your suite attendant upon your arrival. At Huntington Park, we pride ourselves on our incredibly positive guest service. 3 INFO & PROCEDURES ADVANCE ORDERING PROCEDURE In order to provide the freshest food and highest quality food service possible, we request that all food and beverage orders be placed two business days prior to each game. For your convenience, you may place your food order in any of the following ways: ORDER METHODS CALL: You can always contact to place your order right over the phone. You can also contact Maura Griffin with any questions or to submit your completed order form at: DELIVERY OF ADVANCE ORDERS Food will be delivered shortly before the gates open. Gates for all 7:05 and 7:15 games open at 5:30pm. For Sunday games and 6:35pm games, the gates open one (1) hour prior to the first pitch. Our service staff will assist with final touches and preparation. While in your suite, a suite attendant will be assigned to provide service to you throughout the event. This service includes set up of your suite, greeting early guests, delivering food and beverage products and personal attention for you and your guests. DAY-OF-GAME ORDERS If you are unable to place an advance order, please contact your suite attendant upon your arrival. Please be aware that any orders made at game time may take up to one (1) hour for delivery. All items available for ordering on game day are listed in the menu book in your suite.

4 INFO & PROCEDURES OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE Outside food and beverage is not allowed in any suite at Huntington Park. You may pre-order through Levy, from your suite attendant or bring food from concession stands into your suite. Birthday cakes or cupcakes are allowed to be brought in, but MUST be approved by Maura Griffin prior to guest arrival. PAYMENT Payment options for all food and beverage orders include Visa, MasterCard. American Express, Discover or Cash. A credit card number and expiration date will be required at the time of the order for any order placed in advance or during a game. INCLEMENT WEATHER The Clippers will make every effort to play each scheduled game. Game cancellations are rare and typically are not decided until after the scheduled game time. In the event that a game is canceled due to inclement weather, please be aware of the following policies. If you choose to cancel your food order for any reason, please contact Maura Griffin at least five (5) hours prior to game time to avoid any charges. In the event that a game is canceled prior to gates opening, the suite holder will not be held responsible for food orders. In this situation, you will be contacted by a Columbus Clippers representative. If a game is delayed prior to or during play, food will be delivered to your suite as planned unless the food order is canceled four (4) hours prior to game time. If you cancel your food order, you may still order from the suite menu when you arrive at the game. Please be aware that game time orders may take up to one (1) hour for delivery. TAX & SERVICE CHARGE Please note that all food, beverage and related items for suites are subject to applicable sales tax. Additional payment for tips or gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion.
