2 The Levy Restaurants Catering Sales Office is available Monday Friday from 9:00AM 5:00PM to discuss tent catering options and assist with your food and beverage selections. For a more information, please contact: Elizabeth Porter Director of Sales P: F: E: eporter@levyrestaurants.com ORDERING FOOD AND BEVERAGE To ensure the highest level of presentation, service and quality, we ask that you contact our catering sales department at least two weeks prior to the event. Food and beverage minimums will apply to all tent catering events, and are based on group size and event date. To book a catered tent event, we require a signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit. All food and beverage selections must be confirmed seven business days prior to the event date. Payment in full is due seven (7) business days prior to the event. Ravinia Festival is an outdoor venue, and as such, is subject to the elements. All events are guaranteed, rain or shine. Cancellation of your event in the case of inclement weather is required no later than 12:00 PM on the day of the event. Beverage and service charges will be refunded, however food is non-refundable. Events cancelled after 12:00 PM on the day of the event are not eligible for refunds. Because Levy Restaurants exclusively furnishes all food and beverage products for the Tents at Ravinia Festival, guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization. SPECIALIZED ITEMS Levy Restaurants will endeavor to fulfill special menu requests, including kosher and vegetarian meals whenever possible. We would appreciate at least four (4) working days notice for this service. Food allergies need to be communicated to your sales manager to ensure that proper precaution is taken when preparing food for your group. Requests for custom menus will be considered at the discretion of the sales team and Executive Chef. Please note that the base price for a custom-built menu is per person (not including beverage, tax, or service charge) and is available for for groups of no less than 100 guaranteed guests. Please contact our sales team directly for more information about pursuing a menu created specifically for your group event. We can provide specialty linen, centerpieces, and décor to make your event a truly memorable experience. Standard house linen, china, and glass ware are included in menu pricing. DRINK RESPONSIBLY Ravinia Festival and Levy Restaurants are dedicated to providing quality events which promote enjoyment and safety for everyone. This is best achieved when moderation is practiced. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from drinking and driving. Thank you for your efforts to make Ravinia Festival a safe and exciting place for everyone. ASSESSED CHARGES Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to a 21% service charge plus applicable Illinois state tax. This service charge is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service employees. Additional payment for tips or gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion. SERVER per attendant per three (3) hours of service One (1) server is required for every 50 guests BARTENDER per bartender per three (3) hours of service One (1) bartender for every 75 guests. *A Bartender is required for all beverage packages containing alcohol.
