The menu offers a variety of food and beverage selections for your enjoyment during the event. 3 As the exclusive in-house catering service for Save Mart Center, PREMIER provides our suiteholders with premier food and beverage selections for all events by our PREMIER culinary team and Executive Chef. ADVANCE MENU ORDERING To ensure the highest quality catering, we ask that food and beverage orders be placed at least 48 business hours prior to each event. Our Catering Office is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to service you. We accept pre-orders by phone, , or fax. All orders will be promptly followed by a confirmation . Food or beverages brought into the suite without proper authorization will be removed. In order to comply with County health code regulations, we are unable to provide To Go containers. Also, we ask that you refrain from removing glass bottles or cans from your suite. 2 PAYMENT PROCEDURES Payment options are cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Information provided on the Credit Card Authorization Form on file will determine the payment processing for each suite. GENERAL INFORMATION

4 For your convenience, a credit card number and list of authorized signers can be placed on file to simplify food and beverage purchases during an event. An invoice will be presented at the conclusion of each event and payment is required prior to departure by the suiteholder or authorized signer. California sales tax and a Service Charge of 18% will be added to your bill and are not considered a gratuity. Gratuities are at the suiteholder s discretion and may be added to the guest check based on the quality of service received. PREMIER will you an invoice upon request. CANCELLATION POLICY If an event is cancelled for any reason, your order will be void and you will not be charged for your order. Please cancel orders at least 48 hours prior to an event in order to avoid any costs. If PREMIER is not notified within this time frame, you may be charged the full cost of your order. SUITE ATTENDANT During an event, a suite attendant will be assigned to your suite with the responsibility of taking food and beverage orders and assisting in the maintenance of your suite through the duration of an event. If you should desire a specific attendant, request must be made one (1) week prior to the event. This request requires an additional charge of $75 per event. SPECIAL CATERING REQUESTS PREMIER would be delighted to assist you in planning any special functions in your suite. Please contact us should you desire services or amenities such as flowers or cakes for your suite. Please give us at least 72 hour notice for special requests. DRINK RESPONSIBLY Save Mart Center, SMG, and PREMIER are proud to promote both enjoyment and safety for our guests. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from leaving your suite. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Save Mart Center personnel have the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to guests who are under the age of 21 or appear to be intoxicated. Alcohol sales will cease at designated times and consumption will be allowed through the duration of the event. GENERAL INFORMATION 3
