Worcestershire sauce ¼ c. to ½ c. hot sauce, to taste ¾ c. Paul Prudhomme s Blackened Seafood Magic Seasoning 1 stick butter, melted PREPARE Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Chef Stan recommends marinating shrimp in its shell. After grilling, drizzle a little melted butter on top and enjoy. Makes 2 ½ cups.
