A year later the first Hickory s Smokehouse opened in Chester with the aim of pioneering authentic Southern style barbecue this side of the Atlantic. We return to the region every year to look for inspiration and pinch an idea or two, allowing our guests to discover the real taste and atmosphere of the Deep South, without having to leave our shores.
