December Set Lunch Spice up the festive period with a set lunch at The Chop House that showcases the season s freshest ingredients at their irresistible best. Choose between a 2-course set lunch consisting of a starter and main course at S$25++ or pamper yourself with a 3-course set lunch complete with dessert at S$32++, starting from December 1 to 30 with the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and weekends. December Specials You have already accomplished so much decorating the tree, wrapping the presents and baking the cookies. Forget the Christmas panic about where to dine and let us do the menu planning for you! For the month of December, we are proud to offer six seasonal items Truffle Macaroni & Cheese ($14++), an absolute must-have side dish, Turkey Quesadillas (S$20++) rich and oozing with melted Jack s cheddar cheese served with Christmas condiments, Rabbit Risotto (S$29++) served with mushroom duxelle, blue cheese and sundried tomatoes, Roasted Quail (S$29++) stuffed with a foie gras chestnut stuffing and served with winter vegetables and The Big Dipper (S$14++) a big chocolate chip cookie served with a dipping cinnamon bailey s milkshake! If you are yearning for a greater taste of tradition, consider the Christmas Tomahawk Set (S$168++), which comprises of a massive bone-in rib eye weighing an average of 1.2 to 1.4 kilograms, accompanied by 3 side dishes - sweet potato chive salad, creamed brussel sprouts and rocket with orange segments, cranberries, maple walnuts tossed with a chardonnay vinaigrette. This set is served with cranberry sauce, peppercorn sauce and a rich Armagnac sauce and is ideal for sharing for 3 to 4 people. 1

2 The Chop House Roast Menu Get away with us for a relaxing Sunday by the waterfront. The newly designed Festive Roast Menu is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon, Christmas or New Year s Day overlooking Sentosa island with a cocktail or cold beverage in hand. The Roast Menu (S$45++) includes a choice of eggs Benedict to start your day, two choices of mains from our roast menu, three choices of side dishes and a choice of dessert. In addition to this, we also have a selection of beverages at irresistible prices! The Chop House Roast Menu is only available on Sunday the 21 st and 28 th as well as Christmas Day and New Year s Day. Reservations are required 48 hours in advance. The long angular space is creatively outfitted to exude fun and casual flair. The inviting ambience comes in the way of wood finishing, down lights and ceiling fans.
