Our newly renovated Grand Ballroom, the largest in the area, is the perfect backdrop for your celebration. This gorgeous room was created to adapt to any size event with the capability of holding up to 550 people. For a more intimate event, you may prefer a fairytale setting in our Ambassador Ballroom, which accommodates up to 120 people in an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. 4 Policies & Payment D E P O S I T S : For all Qinceaneras, we require a $1, deposit at time of contract. This deposit will be used to secure your event space and put towards your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable. Please see the Booking Contract for additional deposit information. F I N A L P A Y M E N T S : The remainder of your bill is due no later than 10 business days prior to your event. We also require a credit card on file for any last-minute charges over your final payment amount. Nothing will be charged without prior notification. You are more than welcome to make payments on a payment schedule prior to the event, if desired. The final payment will be based on estimated charges based on your guaranteed number of people and services rendered. G U A R A N T E E D A T T E N D A N C E : Your final number of guests is due to the Catering office no later than 72 business hours prior to the reception. If the guaranteed number falls below 90% of the contracted attendance or minimums set forth in the contract, additional charges may apply. Discounted meal prices apply for children 12 and under. Please provide the number of children attending when submitting your Guaranteed Attendance. F I N A L D E T A I L S : The final details of the event need to be decided and finalized no later than one month prior to the celebration. A planning meeting may be set up at 6 or 3 months prior to the event to discuss the progress and ask questions. As always, communication is welcomed when needed via or telephone with your Event Coordinator.
