After years of Dana working in the corporate world and Laura running Finding Home on a smaller scale, we decided to take a chance on working as a team and a family and created Finding Home Farms. Now, we are going for the BIG dream making a life AND a living doing what we love best crafting maple syrup and creating a welcoming home. You see, Dana grew up on a dairy farm in New Hampshire and his favorite time of the year was the 6 weeks of sugaring when they made maple syrup. So, for 14 years we were backyard sugar makers, crafting just enough syrup to share with our friends and neighbors. Those six weeks were always the happiest. Finding Home Farms has given our family the opportunity to grow just beyond those six weeks and share what we love best year-round, our crafted maple syrup, delicious recipes and creative home décor. This is more than a farm, it s a lifestyle brand focused on making phenomenal maple syrup and designing outstanding food and home décor products brought to market with the help of only U.S. manufacturers. If we wouldn t bring it into our own home, we don t offer it. We even go further and share ideas, inspiration and tutorials to make your own home more welcoming. And of course, we love to share recipes with all types of ingredients, but we really love to share our favorite ways to cook with maple syrup.

4 Laura Putnam CREATOR Laura Putnam has long believed that your home should be where you are most comfortable and be a reflection of yourself and your family. She has spent more than a decade helping others create welcoming homes for their families. Now, she brings the creative side to the equation focusing on product design and development, packaging and marketing. Laura is also the author of the Finding Home Farms blog where she shares recipes, home décor, and DIY ideas for creating a home inspired by the Finding Home brand. She is somewhat obsessed with galvanized-metalanything and has never met an old door or vintage tool box she didn t want to get in a committed relationship with. She is also the author of DIY Rustic Modern Metal Crafts. Dana Putnam GATHERER After years pursuing a career in animal nutrition and health and business management, Dana Putnam has returned to his roots and what he is most passionate about making maple syrup. Dana brings the passion for maple syrup while leveraging his business experience to navigate all that is involved in growing a business. As a fourth generation sugar maker, he is merging old school traditions with new technology to make exceptional maple syrup. When he is not in the midst of gathering sap and making maple syrup, Dana loves being outdoors. He can spot a maple tree a mile out while driving and is a lover of all things Boston. He is especially fond of the Red Sox which always makes for interesting conversations here in the Hudson Valley of New York.

5 Food Products Maple Syrup We re producing 100% pure, USDA and NOFA organic certified maple syrup in an FDA licensed facility and we are a registered food warehouse with the New York department of agriculture. We offer grade A amber color rich taste, dark color robust taste and occasionally, golden color, delicate taste maple syrup packaged in unique and attractive glass packaging along with traditional maple plastic containers. We often host tastings and people are always pleasantly surprised to taste our syrup and the rich but not overly sweet taste they esperience. Mustards We partner with a New England company to offer two excellent mustards. Sweet maple mustard is for those who enjoy a mixture of sweet and tangy flavors across a wide array of foods. Maple horseradish mustard for those who prefer the texture of whole mustard seeds and the zest of horseradish accented by a hint of pure maple syrup. Pancake Mix We partner with a New York manufacturer to bring to market a classic buttermilk pancake mix in a simple yet timeless attractively branded package. This mix more than holds it own and can be used to make mouthwatering pancakes and waffles that just happen to be a great home for Finding Home Farm s maple syrup.

6 Maple Syrup Facts Maple syrup is one of the original made in America products, a tradition that originated with Native Americans and continued by settlers in New England and New York. In the right hands, a relatively simple process of harvesting sap from the maple tree and evaporating off the water to make syrup, can yield an amazing natural product with an instantly recognizable yet surprisingly complex flavor. Dana grew up on a maple and dairy farm in NH, and has roots in the maple industry on both sides of his family for at least four generations. Trust us, it is in the right hands. Ok, let s talk facts. Prepared to be wowed. Real maple syrup is way different than the fake stuff and in fact, pretty unique among natural sweeteners, cane sugar and honey included. It has nothing added to it. It is 100% pure and natural. Really. Can be used to substitute for sugar in many different recipes and cooking uses. Has a lower glycemic index than sugar. Is both Vegan and Paleo. 7 Soy Candles We are so proud to bring you our line of 100% soy candles. The scents are inspired by the natural aromas of nature and the garden. Our labels are reminiscent of vintage seed packets and tie in perfectly with the our farmhouse-inspired brand. Soy candles are cleaner burning and have no toxins or carcinogens which is more allergy friendly. They burn cleaner and longer than a paraffin candle and are biodegradable and water soluble. We are proud to say they include renewable ingredients like cotton wicks, recyclable glass and soy wax. We are happy to support American farmers. 8 Home Decor After years of dreaming of creating a product line, Finding Home Farms is so excited to bring you the introduction of our home decor items. Starting with galvanized metal was an easy choice but it has long been a favorite staple in our decorating. We won t bring a product to market unless it is something we love and use in our home. All of our home products are made in the USA and made with materials from the USA as well. This was so important to us and we have worked hard to not only design and create these products, but bring them to you at an affordable price. We are starting with galvanized metal, but we are hoping to expand our line further. Pillows, textiles and wood plans are swirling in our heads and we hope to bring them to market soon.
