Accommodates guests (Please contact your Banquet Coordinator about larger group options) KAI WA A (CANOE HULL) DECK This elevated open aired deck boasts stunning panoramic views of the crystal blue sea and white gold sand of Ka anapali Beach. Experience the beauty of Hawaiian culture with Koa wood tables, a traditional Kai wa a Canoe adorning the staircase and warm golden tones complimenting the beautiful Maui sunsets. Separated from the Main Dining Room, this covered space provides a more intimate setting for your gathering with each moment filled with Leilani s Aloha. 8 Frequently Asked Questions Q. Are set banquet menu required for large groups? A. For any groups more than 16 guests- we will require our set banquet menu. Q. Are reservations available for Beachside Grill seating as well? A. We do not take reservations for the Beachside Grill casual menu. However, luncheon events are offered during the day for more casual set menus. Q. Do you have semi-private rooms? A. Yes. Our semi-private area can hold up to 50 guests. Q. Do you supply decorations? A. We do not offer or supply decorations, but minimal decorations are allowed to be brought in. Q. Are there any service charges? A. 18% service gratuity and state sales tax of 4.167% will be added on to your total bill. Q. Are deposits required? A. No deposits are required. We will be asking for credit card information for confirmation of your event date. A 72 hour cancellation fee is applicable and will be applied on the credit card. Q. Is there a time limit for seating? A. For any seating before 8:15pm, dinner parties are restricted to a maximum of two hours. *Q. Are music and dancing allowed? *A. Due to Maui State Liquor Law- no dancing and music will be allowed *We believe our service program is world class and with the care taken in personally designing your event, any changes to the event menu or timing need to be made 72 hours in advance to suit your needs. We will be asking for your credit card information upon confirmation of your event. If you cancel within the 72 hours prior to your event, your credit card will be charges for the full amount of what has been pre-ordered.
