4 RESERVATIONS LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS We accept reservations for parties of 15 or more, but these will be held to a food and beverage minimum commitment spend. To make a reservation or for more information please contact: Michael Piasecki, Restaurant Sales Manager (808) michael.piasecki@sheraton.com. LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS POLICIES 1. There is a minimum food & beverage guarantee (see prices on pages to follow). For example, as long as you spend that amount in food and beverage charges, there will be no cost to reserve the area exclusively for your party. In the event that the minimum guarantee is NOT 4. A deposit, 50% of the total contracted minimum, will be required to confirm a definite reservation at the time of signing the credit card authorization form. Deposits may be made by credit card, and is non-refundable. At ten (10) days prior to the function, 100% of the total contracted Food and Beverage minimum will be charged to the credit card on file. 2. Food and beverage minimum guarantee is exclusive of state tax (4.712%) and gratuity (18% service charge). 3. We will hold the party area for 15 minutes after the reservation time. At this point the contact will be phoned. If no one from the party shows up 30 minutes after the reservation time, the space will be released to the public and all contracted food will be charged to the designated credit card (including the 18% service charge and 4.712% state tax). PARTY RESERVATION OPTIONS DIAMOND HEAD PATIO Lower Diamond Head Patio (1/2) 2 Hour Minimum. Total - $ This area can comfortably service up to 25 people. It features stunning views of Diamond Head crater and the Helumoa Playground (Resort Pool). Entire Lower Diamond Head Patio 2 Hour Minimum. Total - $ This area can comfortably service up to 50 people. It features stunning view of Diamond Head Crater and the Helumoa Playground (Resort Pool). Entire Diamond Head Patio 3 Hour Minimum. Total - $ This area can comfortably service up to 125 people. It is either the upper patio or the lower patio. It features stunning view of Diamond Head Crater and the Helumoa Playground (Resort Pool). It also includes our VIP Cabana. Private bar included in this price. Diamond Head VIP Cabana 2 Hour Minimum. Total - $ This area can comfortably service up to 25 people. It is a private, enclosed area that overlooks the entire Diamond Head patio. Lower Ewa Patio 2 Hour Minimum. Total - $ This area can comfortable service up to 65 people. It faces the Ewa side of the island and includes amazing sunsets and enchanting views of the ocean. The area also includes our premier sunset bar top. 5. Within ten (10) days of the scheduled of the schedule function any cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total contacted Food and Beverage revenue 6. Guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours prior to event. You will be billed the guaranteed number or attendance, whichever is larger. All no-show reservations as well as decreases in guaranteed number will be charged the food menu price per person. RUMFIRE LOUNGE 2 Hour Minimum. Total - $ This newly renovated area can comfortably service up to 80 people. Facing the Ewa side, this private lounge-style space features enchanting ocean views and amazing sunsets. Private bar and four cabanas are included in this space. RUMFIRE OCEANFRONT CABANAS There are four private cabanas in the RumFire Lounge available for reservation. Each cabana comfortably seats larger space for your group. Daytime Service (12PM 5PM) Cabana rental during the day includes access to Sheraton Waikiki s Edge Infinity Pool. Guests of the hotel and our sister properties can secure a daytime cabana for a $200 rental, and non-guests can gain access to the pool with a cabana rental of $400 per day. Dinner Service (5:30PM 9PM) RumFire s Oceanfront Cabanas are an idea location for a special sunset view and dinner with friends. Each cabana can be reserved for a $500 food and beverage spend commitment. Late Night Service (9:30PM CLOSE) Bottle service and late night dining is available for the second seating. Each cabana can be reserved for a $500 food and beverage spend commitment.
