1 General Information Menus Wedding Packages include a one hour cocktail reception which consists of a colorful antipasto presentation and an assortment of host selected hors d oeuvres. Menu items enclosed are merely suggestions and we would be happy to further customize your selections to suit your personal tastes, family traditions and theme of the event. Prices quoted are current and do not include the 7% sales tax or the 22% service charge, which is applicable to food and beverage costs. Menu prices are subject to change until a final signed contract and deposit are received. Capacity Linwood Country Club s elegant ballroom boosts ample space for up to (275) guests with dinner, dancing and entertainment. Linen We provide white and ecru table linens. Any special requests for linens not within our inventory can be arranged and will be at the client s expense. Beverage As a licensee, we are required to abide by regulations enforced by the N.J. State Liquor Commission. It is our policy that if you are not a member or sponsored by a member of Linwood Country Club, we cannot sell alcohol to you for your event. However, you may purchase alcohol to be brought onto the property and served to your guests. Linwood Country Club supplies all mixers, juices and garnishes for an additional charge of $10.00 per person. Please contact the Catering Sales Director for further information. Florists, Photographers and Music Contact information of various wedding professional vendors is available through the Catering Sales Director. Wedding Ceremony Linwood Country Club provides a beautiful setting for your Wedding Ceremony for a fee of $ Services Bartenders are provided at a charge of $ per bartender. Uniformed chef attendants are provided at a charge of $ each. Valets are required for evening functions at a fee of $ each. Coat check attendants are available at $ each. Guarantees/Billing A signed contract and non-refundable deposit of $1, is required to confirm the date of your special event. Additional deposits equaling 95% of the estimated balance is due (10) days prior to your event and may be broken down in installments as outlined in your contract. The guaranteed number of guests attending the function is due (7) days prior to the event. Your guarantee or actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater, is the amount for which you will be charged. Final payment is also due at this time. Linwood Country Club accepts cash and certified checks as a form of final payment; arrangements for credit card use must be made with the Catering Sales Director and may be subject to 5% surcharge.
