5 Private Rooms The Tuscany Room can host up to 40 guests as a whole or 20 people if divided in half. For any AV needs, the room does include complimentary 70-inch Flat Screen TV with laptop connections. The Vineyard Room as a whole is able to accommodate up to 65 guests. It is also able to divide and host two private parties of 28 or fewer. The room is split with a completely sound proof partition and decorated beautifully with original art work and tortes shell chandeliers. For any AV needs, the room does include two 65-inch Flat Screen TVs with laptop connections. The Library Room is adjacent to the bar and is more of an intimate, quaint room. Featuring the Stone Wall Fireplace and a 55-inch Flat Screen TV with laptop connections. The room accommodates 18 or fewer. Perfect for your intimate private party needs!

6 Private Dining Policies & Additional Information Facility Rental- All private dining rooms are subject to food and beverage minimums based on the specific space your group has requested. Minimums are not published due to specific dates, times, and space. If the Food & Beverage Minimum (before tax & gratuity) is not met, then the remaining balance will appear on your bill as an unmet minimum. Guest Count - A tentative guest count is due a week before your event and a final count is due two business days prior to your event in order for our staff to properly prepare and set up for your party. Cancellation Policy - A 7-day notice is required if event should be cancelled. Half the food and beverage minimum will be charged in failure to do so. Parking - Kirby s Steakhouse offers complimentary valet parking and self-parking. Specialty Desserts - We do not charge a fee to bring in an outside custom cakes and dessert. We use a variety of bakeries and would be happy to suggest a vendor based on your preferences. Transportation Service - If you are in need of transportation for large groups, please let us know and we can help in referring you to a reputable transportation company. We also have a complimentary 14 passenger shuttle that provides roundtrip shuttle service, within 10 miles of Kirby s Prime Steakhouse. We look forward to hosting your group!
