ABOUT OUR BLUE COLLAR CATERING Our business was established over 30 years ago because of our love for cooking and we wanted our food to taste like it came from Mom s kitchen. We wanted to make catering events affordable and enjoyable to all with down home tastes, that s why we like to refer to our catering business as Blue Collar Catering Please take your time to look through our menu to see what we have to offer. We would be extremely pleased to answer any questions you may have.

2 Booking Your Party and Policies (Minimum 30 Adults Required) 1. All reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. In order to reserve a date and time a 25% deposit is required. It is recommended that during peak times, such as graduation and Christmas, reservations be made three to four weeks in advance. 2. All orders that have Roast Beef w/gravy will include horseradish. The rolls will be half kummelweck and half hard, unless otherwise requested. 3. All orders that have Macaroni will include extra sauce and grated Romano cheese. 4. Dinnerware is not included with our menus, but can be supplied for 75 cents per person. We will include heavy-duty plastic knives and forks, dinner napkins, and Chinet plates. 5. Delivery is available for Buffets of thirty people or more. Delivery to Lewiston and area is $ Delivery to Niagara Falls, Youngstown, Ransomville, or Town of Niagara; $ Please check with us if delivery is outside these areas. 6. Deliveries are usually always on time, although during the busy seasons we ask that you don't get alarmed if we are ten to fifteen minutes early or late. 7. Our prices are subject to change without notice. All parties previously reserved are excluded from any price change. 8. Payment is due upon delivery. No exceptions, unless prior arrangements have been made with Melloni's Meats. 9. Payment: Payment is required either in advance or upon delivery. Payment in cash or personal check will be accepted on delivery. Payments by MasterCard or Visa must be done ahead of time at the store. 10. Tax Exempt: If your group is tax exempt a certificate will be required at the time of booking.
