You must provide a credit card number, expiration date and CV number if you wish to register by phone. If you cannot attend a class, you can send a substitute in your place. Giant reserves the right to change any menu or instructor, or to cancel any class at its discretion. If your child has any special needs, please advise us upon registration. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenderloins 7 tbsp Nature s Promise Organic Honey Barbecue Sauce 4 hamburger buns BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICHES WITH BRUSSELS SPROUT SLAW 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp Dijon mustard ½ (12 oz) pkg shredded Brussels sprouts ½ cup shredded or matchstick carrots 1 Set grill to medium-high. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken 4 min. per side. To a small bowl, add 3 tbsp barbecue sauce and brush chicken with some of the sauce. Continue grilling 1 2 min., until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with more sauce. Grill the buns, cut sides down, 1 min., until toasted. 2 Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard. Add the Brussels sprouts and carrots and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. 3 Remove chicken from grill. Chop the chicken and toss with the remaining 4 tbsp of barbecue sauce. Divide chicken among bottom buns and top each with slaw and tops of buns. READY IN: 15 minutes / SERVES: 4 Per Serving: 327 calories, 6g fat, 1g saturated fat, 73mg cholesterol, 612mg sodium, 38g carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 11g sugar, 30g protein

Our group offers the opportunity to connect with other new parents to discuss common parenting concerns that may include: breast and bottle feeding, sleeping, comforting a newborn, returning to work or being a stay-at-home mom. Moms often discuss when their baby reached developmental milestones and can help answer questions for other moms. Our sessions are facilitated by an RN, IBCLC, from our Childbirth Education Department. We re proud to provide this forum which has, for several years, helped moms forge new friendships and gain insight into their baby s needs (Scale provided for weighing babies at all sessions). Our Prenatal Yoga Classes are taught by an experienced certified Prenatal Yoga instructor. This class is for expectant mothers who are both nonexperienced and yoga practitioners. Participants will learn basic poses and movements to build strength, flexibility, breathing awareness and relaxation. All are important to help moms with comfort during pregnancy and labor. You will learn how to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, hip pain, sciatica, heartburn, and swelling. Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. Our yoga classes are for expectant mothers only. A waiver must be completed by mom s OB before her first class. We proudly offer a class for moms and their beautiful babies. In Moving with Mommy and Me, moms will be active while bonding with baby as they meet and connect with other new moms. Taught by a certified Yoga/Movement instructor, this class is for moms and their babies, six weeks to pre crawling. It will focus on moms reconnecting with their bodies after birth and on bonding with baby through movement and relaxation. It includes yoga-based exercises that will focus on stretching and strengthening the body, building abdominal and core strength, and regaining pelvic floor support. The class will incorporate moving and dancing with baby, along with breathing and relaxation techniques. What moms should bring to this class: yoga mat or large towel, water, blanket and a toy for baby. Wear clothing for easy movement. A Yoga Waiver must be signed by moms OB/Gyn if she attends the class prior to 9 weeks after delivery May 9, 16 & 23 June 6, 13 & 20 MOMMIES AND MUNCHKINS 6:30 7:30pm Visit JeffersonHealth.org/AbingtonMaternity for dates and times. Mommies and Munchkins is an an evening support group for moms and their babies 18 months or younger. Moms who return to work may find that works with their schedule and offers the support necessary to balance parenting, work, and home life. You are also welcome to attend this group prior to giving birth if you d like to meet other moms. The group is facilitated by an RN, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, from our Childbirth Department who has experience as a working mother. 10
