2 Welcome To The Pub A true British Pub experience complete with brilliant food, drink and genuine hospitality. The award-winning exterior of The Pub is modeled after the classic corner pubs of London and the furniture and accessories are purchased in England to provide an authentic British atmosphere. In true pub fashion, guests will be warmly greeted by an enthusiastic team ready to take part in their memorable experience. The menu features classic pub fare with a variety of items that can be enjoyed at happy hour parties, reception style events or casual seated gatherings. An extensive beverage selection gives our guests the opportunity to discover fine ales and lagers from the United Kingdom, Europe and the USA. We also feature a top notch list of single malt scotch, bourbon, wine and specialty cocktails. The Pub at Beachwood Mall features a Pour Your Own Beer Wall providing guests with the opportunity to pay by the ounce, draw their own draught, and have a more interactive experience. The Pub Beachwood is a great place to host a memorable and one-of-a-kind event. We want you to feel like a guest at your own party in addition to the proud host. 12 Things To Note Menu Selection We ask that menu selections be finalized 10 business days prior to your event. Please note that menu prices are subject to change. We are happy to work with you to create a custom menu for your party or event. Cancellation Policy You will be asked to provide a credit card upon booking your event. If cancellation is made more than 5 business days prior to your event, your credit card will not be charged. If cancellation is made less than 5 business days in advance, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, you could be charged for the full amount of the contracted food and beverage minimum. Guaranteed Guest Count To ensure the most efficient and memorable experience, we require a guaranteed number of guests at least three business days in advance. In the event that fewer guests attend, it is understood and agreed that the number you confirm will be the number of guests for which you will be charged. The Pub Beachwood cannot ensure additional seating should the actual number of guests exceed the guaranteed guest count. Every effort will be made to accommodate additional guests on a space available basis. Alcoholic Beverages The Pub Beachwood strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to the sales and service of alcoholic beverages, including sales to minors and intoxicated persons. Payment All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. An itemized check will be presented for payment in full at the conclusion of your event. We will accommodate separate checks if that is your preference. If you do elect separate checks, please allow ample time for your server to prepare, present and complete your transactions of all checks. Please note that Ohio Sales Tax of 8% and a 20% administration fee will be added to your check.
