2 Who We Are Island Taste was established in 1975 by Mr. Graham & Mrs. Virginia Thompson. What started out as a small restaurant in town has turned into not only a hot lunch spot but a bakery that delivers patties and pastries island wide every day, and a one stop catering shop open 365 every year (and yes, that includes Sundays and public holidays). We offer a wide variety of both local and international dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are a full licensed and insured catering business and we also have a mobile liquor license with our very own bar! We are able to offer decorating services as well as our very own DJ for entertainment purposes. For any event, big or small, Island Taste caters them all!
