2 The menu is divided into two sections: Section 1 is designed for in house Catering. In House catering means you are renting the restaurant to host your event. This requires a $ usage fee, 300 of which is nonrefundable if you later decide not to use the space once you have made your deposit. All in-house catering is priced per person and includes the basic white tablecloth, in house stem wear, flat wear, silver wear and staff for service. There is a minimum of $500 for use of space, ($ is nonrefundable) any upgrades to tablecloth, chargers, flat-wear stem wear is an additional cost. The food packages available based on per person pricing is as follows: Section 1: in-house catering Please note: Groups 30 or more will require for the restaurant to be closed to the public during your event. Here is how it works; 1. Select your package 2. Make you food selection from the order By the Tray list 3. Pay your deposit 4. Once you have confirmed the total number of attendees, let us know so we can give you a final invoice. 10 1. All prices subject to applicable state and county sales tax. Tax-exempt organizations are responsible for providing appropriate tax-exempt documentation with initial order. Discretionary gratuities are non-taxable. 2. Travel/Delivery Charge There is a flat delivery charge of $20.00 within Queens, when delivering outside of Queens, there is a travel/delivery charge of $1.00 per mile (round-trip) plus tolls will be added to all orders. All deliveries are considered drop-off, unless set-up, takedown and/or clean-up service has been specifically arranged in advance. There may be additional charges for these services. 3. Lead Time - Catering orders should be placed as soon after you confirm your event to guarantee availability and ensure meals and service of the highest quality. Greater lead times are typically required for large events and during holiday periods. We can sometimes cater events with as little as 5 hours notice and will consider rush orders on a case-by-case basis. Please call or fax orders to
