This is YOUR party and The Parrot Staff can make it a very special event. The above prices do not include alcoholic beverages. 3 Sit Down Dinners If a buffet is too informal, you can have a sit down dinner party. The entrees you choose can come from our menu or a special request. Choose three to four main entrees for your party and we ll do all the work from cooking to serving to cleaning up. All you do is enjoy the company of your guests. Included in our dinner is a tossed salad, main dinner entrée, choice of potato, choice of vegetable, rolls and butter and coffee, tea or soda (when serving in house). 4 Appetizers (Ask for pricing) Jerk Chicken Bites Bites of tender chicken breast grilled with the Parrot s own jerk seasoning that has an infusion of island spices. A bit of a bite but guaranteed to please. Mini Egg Rolls Whole baby shrimp, real pork and a variety of chopped vegetables including cabbage, celery, water chestnuts, mushrooms and carrots, with a touch of soy sauce. Petite Assorted Quiche A custard, made with half & half cream and Swiss cheese, fills a cream cheese pastry crust. The four varieties include Lorraine, Cajun Shrimp, Herb Cheese and Spinach. Plain Rumaki Seasoned chicken liver and a crisp water chestnut wrapped in lean bacon. Scallops in Bacon Tender sea scallops lightly dusted with bread crumbs and wrapped in lean bacon. Mini Salmon Skewers Strips of salmon woven on a 6 inch wooden skewer marinated in orange, pineapple juice and spices and broiled. Sausage Puffs All pork, cocktail sausage blanketed in a buttery-soft, flaky, puff dough. Chicken Polynesia Skewers Large pieces of chicken breast and pineapple chunks on a skewer marinated in blend of island spices, pineapple & lime juice. Broiled to perfection. Sausage Rolls All pork sausage mixed w/ seasonings & baked in a buttery-soft, flaky, puff pastry. Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps Whole mushroom caps stuffed with our own home-made crabmeat stuffing, garnished with just a hint of imperial sauce and broiled. Swedish or Italian Meatballs Meatballs seasoned to perfection and simmered in the delectable sauce of your choice. Cajun Stuffed Redskins Tender select redskin potatoes loaded with our Cajun sour cream & topped with crispy bacon. Let the Parrot deliver your food on time so you don t have to waste precious time to pick up the food. We will deliver in a 20 mile radius of The Parrot for a $25.00 delivery charge.
