We Guarantee It! Menu Selection This menu is your guide in helping you decide what you would like. We would be pleased to discuss with you any special requirements you may have for your meal function.

2 General Information Catering Policy When planning your function, talk to our Catering Department. Our catering staff is knowledgeable, professional and share your commitment to hosting a most successful event. Our commitment is one of quality and professional service based on years of experience. We Guarantee It! Menu Selection This menu is your guide in helping you decide what you would like. We would be pleased to discuss with you any special requirements you may have for your meal function. You are in no way restricted to the listed items on the menu. Our Chef is capable of preparing several ethnic cuisines and would be more than happy to prepare something special for your function. Cancellation Policy The following cancellation charges will apply. 14 days 50% of all charges 5 days 100% of all charges Special Occasion Permit Any social function that will involve alcoholic beverages will require a special occasion permit. We will provide the form and LCBO requires the form completed and submitted two (2) weeks prior to the function date. CONDITIONS Function details or requirements must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the function. Final numbers for meetings and functions must be given within 48 hours prior to the date of the function. A deposit will be required ten (10) working days prior to the function for all social bookings. A deposit of the estimated total of bill will be due for payment. This policy is applicable only to any client that will settle account either with a cheque or cash. Any outstanding balance at the end of the function must be dealt with at the time of the function. We accept credit cards to guarantee the booking. We can accept billing arrangements upon request. A credit application form will be faxed to our clients and we require the form three (3) weeks prior to the date of function for our Credit department to process. Taxes and Gratuities All prices are quoted exclusive of taxes. A 15% service gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges. Function Rooms Les Suites Hotel Ottawa reserves the right to change allocated function space at its discretion with prior notification to the client. 2
