21 Delivery/Set-up Charges: Order Requirements: SERVICE CHARGES & SPECIAL FEE $50.00 Minimum per delivery request dependent upon delivery location, normal delivery fees will increase if the catered event is on the weekend or on a holiday All prices are based on a Person Minimum unless noted on the menu, small orders for less than 20 people may be picked-up or a small added fee will apply. Please place order no later than 48 HOURS before event date. A notice of 7-14 days must be given for ALL cancellations to avoid being charged in full. Date is listed on the agreement. All orders placed with less than 48 hour notice and create additional expense in either food costs or requires special labor conditions, may be subject to the 20% price increase per Person. Serving Supply Fee: Paper Products: Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Servers & Bartenders: Chef / Event Manager: Disposable Table Covers: Linen Rentals: Tableware Rentals: A serving supply fee of 11% will be place on all orders. The serving supplies are all containers, trays, wraps and items used to store, hold and transport the food. Basic are normally included in our per Person price. If additional items are deemed necessary or if the Medium or High Quality disposables are requested an additional charge shall be imposed. $ per Person if not included in the menu per Person price or if additional beverages are requested. $40.00 per hour per server/bartender with a 3 hour Minimum. $50.00 per hour per Chef/Event Manager with a 3 hour Minimum. $6.00 and up each depended upon size and type. The average rental cost for real linens are: $25.00 and up per linen tablecloth depended upon size and type $1.50 per linen napkin China, Flatware and/or Glassware Call for pricing. Sales Tax: 5.3% Payment: Deposit requirement: Gratuity: A detailed invoice will be sent out after each function, it will contain the agency name and the individual who placed the order unless otherwise request. The invoice will also state that payment is due within 14 days and all unpaid items past 14 days are considered delinquent and will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month of unpaid balance. All orders require a 50% deposit. Remaining balance due 7-14 days prior to event. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.
