You will be charged for the last guaranteed number of Guests that you gave us. We will be prepared to serve up to 10 percent more guests than you submitted. You will then be billed for the total amount of Guests served. Service Charge / Taxes:

We will also add (5.5) Five and one half percent to the total bill as Sales Tax for the Governor Delivery Charge: We will go anywhere in Dane County for free, no delivery charges. Outside of Dane County we will charge you a negotiated price per mile from Middleton. Pricing includes: Correct amount of Staff on hand. All the set-up & clean up. Any & all tables, table covers, disposable tableware, cups, napkins & condiments. We will be glad to serve on China with real silverware at a cost of $9.50 per guest. We are more than happy to help you with anything while we are at your event. If you want help in decorating or other matters prior to or after the event the charge is $22.00 per man hour. Just let us know in advance what we can do to help. Rental items, Musicians, DJ s: We will be glad to handle any special needs that your event has. We can assist in the rental of items, and in the booking of Music for your event. This is a service that we provide free of charge to you. If we need to pick-up & return, or set-up items for you, you will be billed $15.00 per hour for that time. You are responsible for any lost stolen or broken rental items.
