Additional dock time: $350/hour Additional cruise time: $650/hour Cruise travels north from dock, up the river; any deviations subject to changes in rates. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due two weeks after creation of the contract. If necessary, we will help you plan a custom menu to suit your dining needs. A second buffet can be set for events over 120 people at the cost of $100. Cake cutting fee --$75 (includes plastic plates, forks, or napkins) --$125 fee for china and silverware Food, bar and entertainment costs are not included with the rental. Rental includes tables and chairs, captain and crew. Tastings- 2 people taste for free. All others are $10-$30 per person based on the food items chosen. A bartender fee of $50 per bar will be charged if total bar sales do not exceed $250 per bar. The Spirit of Peoria reserves the right to determine the appropriate number of bartenders based on your final numbers. The beverage service for a function is paid entirely by the host. The prices are subject to taxes and gratuity that will be added to the final bill.
