GHCC members are exempt to venue rental fees and deposits although will be charged the following percentages of venue rental fees if the function is cancelled. In the event you must cancel your function with us all cancellations are handled as followed Notice over 120 days prior to the event: ~ full refund of deposit Notice 90 days prior to the event: ~ 50% refund of deposit Notice 60 days prior to the event ~ no refund of deposit SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX A 20 % service charge is added to all food and beverage charges. The total bill, which includes food, beverage, service charge, fees, room rental and all other charges, are subject to Wisconsin and local sales tax at 5.5 %. Service Charge Definition: THIS IS NOT A GRATUITY. The service charge is for the planning of your event, setup, tear down, and additional materials. Gratuity: Is optional but greatly appreciated for you to leave based on the performance and execution of Greenwood Hills Country Club and Event Centers professional staff serving your event.
