2 2 MINUTE CARBONARA This 2 minute arbonara is tasty and super easy for the kids to make. wholegrain hiken noodles 1 teaspoon oil 1 spring onion, finey slied 1 baon, died 1/4 teaspoon mined garli 50ml thikened ream parsley parmesan heese 1. Cook hiken noodles following paket diretions, drain, reserving 2-3 tablespoon of water. 2. Heat oil in a small hot frying pan. 3. Add spring onion, baon and mined garli, ook for seonds or until onion has softened and baon golden. 4. Pour ream into pan and stir through. 5. One ream has heated through add noodles and 1 tablespoon of reserved water. 6. Toss noodles to oat in saue, adding more reserved water if needed. 7. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan heese. 3 BOLOGNESE NOODLES I always ook up a double bath of bolognese, it s handy to have left overs in the fridge or put it away in the freezer for a meal another night. Left over bolognese an be served on toast, rolled up in pastry to make pinwheels, or alongside noodles. wholegrain beef noodles bolognese left overs parmesan heese 1. Cook beef noodles following paket diretions, drain. 2. Heat bolognese saue. 3. Serve on top of noodles with a sprinkle of parmesan heese. 4 NOODLE OMELETTE Serve it at any time of day, for breakfast, lunh, after shool snak or dinner if you like. This omelette an serve two. wholegrain hiken noodles 1/2 up apsium and onion, finely slied 1/2 up spinah 3 eggs parmesan heese 1. Cook hiken noodles following paket diretions, drain. 2. While the noodles are ooking fry up vegetables. 3. In a bowl mix three eggs. 4. One vegetables have softened add noodles, mix through. 5. Pour egg over noodle mix. 6. Cook on medium to low heat until egg has ooked through. 5 SALMON NOODLE FRITTERS This is a fantasti way to add extra fish into your kids diet. This reipe makes 6 fritters whih is enough to serve 2, or an be strethed to feed 3 with salad on the side! wholegrain noodles 3 eggs 95g tin salmon 1/3 up orn kernels 2 spring onions, finely slied salt and pepper 1. Cook noodles following paket diretions, disard flavour paket, drain and ool slightly. 2. In a bowl add 3 eggs and whisk. 3. Add salmon, orn, spring onion and noodles to bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to ombine. 4. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Spoon 1/4 up of mixture into pan, ooking for 2 minutes eah side or until golden. 5. Repeat with remaining mixture. These fritters would also make for a great lunhbox snak. this reipe has been made in partnership with MAGGI

6 DIY CHICKEN & VEGETABLE NOODLE CUPS These are great to prepare at the beginning of the week and have on hand for an afternoon when the kids have a quik transition of getting home and ready for after shool ativities. wholegrain hiken noodles 1/3 up frozen peas, orn and arrots 1/2 up hiken handful spinah leaves 1. Ensure mason jars are lean and dry. 2. Add ingredients in the following order: frozen vegetables, hiken and spinah leaves. 3. Break noodle akes into piees, add into jar and sprinkle flavour sahet over top. 4. Seal jar and plae in fridge until ready to eat. 5.
