1 RULES OF PROMOTIONAL SALES BLACK FRIDAY ORGANIZER 1. The promotional sales campaign named Black Friday, further Promotional Campaign, is being organized by the Clarena Ltd. with its head Office in Wilczyce Clarena-Street 2, registered at the District Court Wroclaw-Fabryczna IX Economic Dept. National Court Register no , Tax-Id.No.: , further Organizer. 2 DURATION 2. The promotional campaign is only valid till at 00:01 23:59 CET. 3 RULES 1. The promotional campaign includes the products of the Organizer listed in the Attachment no. 1 to the Rules of Promotional Sales Black Friday (see at the end of this Rules). 2. This promotional sales action is addressed to the Consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code. 3. The participation is voluntary. 4. Any participant joining this Promotional Sales should get aquainted with this Regulations. 5. Any person applying for this Promotional Sales declares that he/she fulfills all the conditions making him/her authorized to participate in the Promotional Sales Campaign. 6. The present Regulations are commonly available at the Organizer s Office as well as on All other information concerning the Promotional Sales are only auxiliary.

2 7. All the products included in the Promotional Campaign are given a 50% discount on the regular price. 4 SALE 1. The Promotional Sales Campaign is being conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland in GBP currency and is only available through one distribution channel, which is: a) the Online shop of the Organizer, to be found at 24-hour service. 5 RESIDUAL REGULATIONS 1. The orders within this Promotional Sales Campaign cannot be subject to an exchange for the points of the loyalty program My Clarena. 2. The Ornanizer reserves the right to the limited quantity of the products and to continue the selling action till the stocks last. 3. During the Promotional Sales Campaign there are two optional ways of delivery and payment: 1) Pre-payment on account delivery by Courier service 9.99 GBP 2) Online payment payment using PayPal site - delivery by Courier service 9.99 GBP 4. Free delivery for orders exceeding a value of 30 GBP.
