2 Mrs. Pound is a speakeasy restaurant and bar tucked away in the hip neighbourhood of Sheung Wan. Mrs. Pound prepares her playful take on Asian street food in her secret space adored with memorabilia of her lovers and tokens of her extravagant life. Who The charming Mrs. Pound has a lustrous career as a burlesque dancer that brought her fame and admiration while she traveled the world on the arms of different suitors experiencing flavours and cuisines from across the globe. With a recent trip to Paris, she discovered a newfound love led by her new beau, Lee Sai Wah, who helped her in a moment of despair. The details, only M r Lee and Mrs. Pound know... Mr.Lee took Mrs. Pound to the bridge of love where he gave her a lock with their initials entwined and threw the key away to symbolise their unbreakable bond. Bar Our bar program boasts craft beers, spirits and quirky cocktails such as the Ni Hao You Doing, Open Sesame and much more to offer a specialised drinking experience with ingredients sourced from Mrs. Pound s favourite cities. Food At Mrs. Pound, we serve a story with every Asian dish brought by Mrs. Pound s reinterpretation of her experiences of her travels throughout Asia. The innovative menu continues to be refreshed and changed according to seasons and inspiration. Taking cues from street stalls across Asia - the new Chicken Tikka Poutine, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls and Steak Char Kway Teow are among the myriad of other Eastern-influenced palate pleasers at Mrs. Pound. 4 At Foxglove, we aim to establish an institution in the heart of Central; a place that feels comforting, warm with a dash of sophistication. Named after the poisonous flower, the venue is set for one of Hong Kongs most exclusive jazz lounges, an elegant establishment modeled on the great drinking dens of the 1950s. WHO Foxglove is embodied by the character Frank Minza, a death-defying adventurer, globe-trotter with a taste for rare spirits and cognac. His voice and personality carries through from elements of design to the menu selection, evoking the golden age of aviation and travel by implementing a replica of a 1940s Gloster jet engine mounted behind the stage, and identifying cocktails by their era of time. BAR Foxglove also offers a selection of rare cognac and spirits, bottled in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s - aged for as long as half a century. Bottles from defunct distilleries as well as Japanese cask-strength whiskies are also available. A carefully crafted cocktail menu pays homage to a bygone time when spirits were king and bartenders revered. Each cocktail is carefully crafted to evoke classic cocktails with Frank s own twists. Choose from fascinating selections such as the New York Sour, Jasmine Paloma or take a sip out of rare vintage brandy bottled in the 1930s. Our collection is for you to journey through. FOOD Foxglove offers, a carefully curated menu based on the freshest ingredients that are sourced with care to create our bi-weekly ever-changing executive lunch and delectable a la carte menu. Starters include Seared Black Pepper Tuna Salad and Cauliflower & Stilton Soup paired with our indulgent main courses such as Honey-glazed Duck Breast and Hokkaido Scallop Risoto. To top it off, enjoy our bar snacks, such as the Truffle Bikini, Parmesan Fries and more available whenever you need a nibble with your drink. JAZZ Live Jazz is hard to come in Hong Kong, and Foxglove proudly boasts its live music programme, with special performances from Tuesday through Saturday evenings. Genres including blues, smooth jazz, pop, soul and r&b define weekday and weekend evenings at Foxglove. 6 Dr. Fern's is a cool speakeasy gin p arlour showcasing premium gins with expertly made cocktails and the biggest gin collection with over 250 gins from around the world located in Landmark, Central. On top of gin, Dr. Fern s also serves specialty coffees, organic teas and homemade lemonades. For those who wish to satisfy their hunger, Dr. Fern s provides a high tea selection every afternoon, as well as a light bites menu that pairs perfectly with any beverage on the menu. WHO Dr. Fern is an eccentric physician who has dedicated his life to studying botanicals. His love for nature has led him to open a Gin Parlour where he treats his patients ailments, and stress related symptoms with his own concoctions of fresh, local herbs and botanicals - paired with gins from around the world that he has handpicked for his patients. BAR Dr. Fern sources local and organic ingredients whenever possible for his supply pantry; working with local organic farms across the city in order to bring a fresh experience to his Gin Parlour. Dr. Fern s will have daily concoctions and specials of gin based cocktails for all patients including music therapy by loca DJs every Saturday. Relative to his passion for botanicals, he tops many of his cocktails with his daily finds in the garden... so drop in for your daily check up. FOOD & COFFEE Dr. Fern provides an extensive coffe & tea selection, with signature caffeinated beverages such as the Lavendar Latte and the Shakerato, as well as a seasonal selection of botanical teas. Dr. Fern s serves afternoon tea which is updated seasonally inspired by his favourite storybooks. currently his latest afternoon tea rendition is reflected through his love for Scandinavian storybooks growing up.
