5 Whisky Tasting Notes: Hellyers Road Original 10yr Nose: Butterscotch, pear drops, vanilla. Hints of barley sugar, rich honey and malt Palate: Delicate vanilla, citrus fruits, toasted yet balanced sweetness, touch of maple spice Finish: Medium, hints of sweet oak, maple syrup and allspice Hellyers Road Peated Nose: Woody, oily, soft wood smoke. Hints of citrus zest, white pepper, peppermint, melting butter. Palate: Apple peel, rich fruity peat. Hint of salinity. Chipotle spice, linseed oil, sweet and savoury balance, malt compliments the peat nicely Finish: Long, oily, rich. Hellyers Road Pinot Noir Finish Nose: Buttery, biscuity, malty aromas.
