2 Dear Party People, Recently I realized that life is too short NOT to have a go-to cocktail. That's why we collected over 30 recipes and oh-so-diligently thinned them down to the 6 top contenders that we taste-tested at a cocktail party. Each of these drinks is easy to make, and you'll feel good about doing so with organic liquors and fresh ingredients we just can't promise you ll feel as great in the morning! Enjoy yourselves, and of course, drink responsibly!!

3 (LOVE these glasses made from repurposed pop bottles from the Green Glass Company) Farmer s Fizz Juice of 1 large meyer lemon 1 backyard chicken egg white 3 leaves basil 2 oz Tru Organic Vodka 1-2 oz honey simple syrup to taste Muddle basil and lemon juice together. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain and serve. To make your Fizz extra fancy, muddle with fresh strawberries or blueberries....like summer incarnate with a twist and a fluff. Plus all ingredients are easy to get especially if the basil s grown in your window sill herb planter (hint hint).

4 Cosmopolitan 1 1/2 oz organic cranberry juice 1 1/2 oz vodka 1/2 oz Cointreau Juice of 1/2 orange Juice of 1 lime Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve in a martini glass....the balance of summery citrus and zingy cranberry makes this classic a tart treat. Just make sure you don t skimp on the lime juice.

5 (No eco-cocktail is complete without a GlassDharma shorty-straw) For the Moms-to -Be 4 oz. soda water 6 mint leaves 4 raspberries 1/2 lime 2 tsp. sugar Berry Mockjito Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or small pitcher. Muddle mint and berries; strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint....berry-forward to give the teetotaler at your party something special (but adding a little somethin somethin isn t wrong. At all.).

6 Hound Dog 1 1/2 oz. Square One Organic Basil Vodka 1 1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice Dash of orange bitters Ginger ale or ginger beer Combine all, except ginger ale, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a grapefruit or orange twist....packs a playful punch yet has a definite air of sophistication most loved by the male contingent.

7 The Sweet & Simple 1 part Veev acai vodka 1 part organic soda water Pour Veev and soda over ice (we recommend LOTs of ice) and add a twist of lime. the easiest - the acai vodka is sightly sweet, therefore it doesn t need a thing except some ice, some soda, and garnish with whatever if you are feeling sparky.

8 The Flip Jen s Signature Cocktail 2 shots bourbon 1 whole backyard-chicken egg 1/2 shot simple syrup Organic vanilla extract to taste 1 dash bitters Fresh nutmeg Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake hard, add ice, and shake hard again. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh nutmeg....perfectly balanced in so many ways. Not too sweet with a luxurious texture and weight; interesting flavors without trying too hard.
