4 MODERN CLASSICS Gin, but with a twist This fine selection features gins whose roots are based on classic recipes and techniques but with a modern twist! Be it cold distillation, savoury botanicals or a flavour so strong it sets gunpowder alight, these gins bring something new to table while paying major homage to traditional methods and flavours Blackwater A gin inspired by Waterford, Ireland s importing history; Blackwater offers up plenty of citrus and cinnamon on the palate. Brecon Botanicals An award-winning gin from the Penderyn Distillery in Wales, Brecon Botanicals has hints of citrus, with oriental spices. 42 ½ Bobby s Schiedam Dry An interesting combination of East meets West. Made in the Netherlands using Indonesian flavours. Lemongrass comes through at the forefront. Brooklyn Hand-cracked juniper, along with fresh hand-cut citrus peel and a corn based spirit, creates an incredibly smooth and fresh tasting gin. Burleighs Earthy, crisp, sophisticated gin from Leicestershire. There are 11 botanicals in this citrus-focused spirit. 41. Caorunn 6 traditional and 5 Celtic botanicals make this a crisp, aromatic taste adventure. 42 Dublin City Local rhubarb and pink grapefruit alongside traditional botanicals give this Irish gin a crisp, zesty edge. ½ Gin Sul Distilled in Hamburg, inspired by Portugal. Labdanum adds floral notes alongside Rosemary & Lemons from the Algarve for a citrus punch.

5 45 Hepple Named for the Hills of Hepple. Alongside classic botanicals, Hepple uses blackcurrant leaf, blackcurrants, lovage and douglas fir. Jawbox This Belfast gin offers big hits of juniper, followed by pepper, pine and liquorice. Why not try with Ginger Ale for the distiller s recommended serve. 57 Perry s Tot All the way from Brooklyn, this gin packs a punch! Bursting with juniper, it's a favourite here as a martini. Rutte Celery Gin The Rutte Family has been distilling since 172. Celery flower is well combined with coriander, angelica and citrus to create a softly spiced finish. 42 Silent Pool This gin features 24 botanicals, including kaffir lime, chamomile, honey and lavender, resulting in a subtly sweet though intricately-balanced tipple Sipsmith Exceptionally well balanced with a classic juniper front. HOUSE POUR 46.6 The Botanist The first and only Islay-produced gin featuring 31 botanicals. The distillery encourage drinkers to play about with the garnish for this botanical tipple!

6 FRUITY GIN To berries and beyond Jam packed full of flavours, this category features a mix of gin infusions and straight up liqueurs for varying levels of sweetness and some serious fruitiness. If you have a sweet tooth, pair with some Lemonade, otherwise let the Tonic do the talking and make sure you take advantage of our extensive garnish range! 2 20 Anno Sloe Fruity with a big berry burst, followed by nuttiness from sloe stones! Ed. Rhubarb & Ginger The most recent gin liqueur from the Edinburgh team combining tangy rhubarb and oriental ginger. 20 Brockman s Blueberries & Blackberries add a real fruity punch; Almonds allow for smoothness, but Brockman s have kept the juniper flavour we expect from a gin. Ed. Elderflower Crisp Edinburgh gin blended with delicate elderflower to make a fresh, sweet liqueur. 20 Ed. Raspberry Edinburgh gin infused with fresh raspberry for a sweet and deep flavour. ½.7 Filliers Dry Tangerine Using Valencian Tangerines, the small-batch, copper pot distilled gin has been crafted by generations of gin experts. 1.5 Foxdenton Damson A beautifully rich, jammy flavour perfect over ice! 37.5 Mombasa Club Strawb. A fresh, fruity gin with hints of juniper coming through, perfect for summer!

7 37.5 Pinkster This premium gin, which owes it's pink hue to raspberries which are steeped in the spirit, has 5 botanicals for a fresh and fruity flavour Puerto de Indias Very light and sweet, this strawberry infused gin is the perfect balance of juniper and sweetness. 30 Shakespeare Mulberry A deep fruity drink made by steeping Mulberries in Stratford Gin for several months. ½ 42 Sibling With botanicals such as vanilla, blueberry and orange peel, Sibling gin (created by 4 siblings) delivers a good balance of smoothness, citrus and sweetness Tanqueray Rangpur This fresh and fruity gin combines the smoothness of Tanqueray with Rangpur limes (actually more similar to oranges and grapefruits in flavour). Victoria s Rhubarb (Warner Edwards) This lovely gin offers up a good amount of rhubarb, without losing the classic gin flavours.

8 FLORAL GIN An excuse to use the word herbaceous...and who doesn t love a word like that! Lavender, elderflower, hibiscus, rose; these botanicals add a sweet, smoothness to gin. Try pairing them with Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic for a refreshing G&T. ½ 44 ½ 42 Ferdinand s Saar Dry Featuring 30 botanicals including thyme, sloe & rosehip. There's lots going on in this gin, but it's all well balanced and quite an experience! Mason s Lavender Hailing from Yorkshire, this gin has the fragrant and subtly sweet flavours of Lavender at the forefront. 7 ½ 47 Martin Millers Sweet, floral aromas and a smooth juniper edge. HOUSE POUR Monkey botanicals make for an unrivaled complexity. Crisp with a sweet floral aroma. Nordes With a base spirit made from Albariño grapes, this gin is a different from the get-go. Botanicals include hibiscus and eucalyptus making this a floral treat. ½ 44. Pothecary A smooth, full-bodied gin from Dorset with botanicals including Provencal lavender, Anatolian mulberries & Polish tilia flowers..5 Sir Robin of Loxley Named for Loxley's local hero, this gin features juniper, dandelion, elderflower and pink grapefruit. Strathearn Heather Rose A sweet, vibrantly floral combination of classic Scottish heather and delicate rose.

9 SPICED GIN ½ 44 ½ 47 Audemus Pink P Corn Made in the heart of cognac, this perfect blend of sweet and spicy mixes pink peppercorn with vanilla and honey! Blue Bottle Coming from the Isle of Gurnsey, this gin uses Gorse flowers, cubeb peppers and nutmeg to create a winning combination of floral and spiced notes. ½ Blind Tiger This gin offers a peppery kick, with the malted barley introducing a warming aftertaste, with earthy notes of ginger, liquorice & cardamom. Edinburgh Cannonball A move away from the floral notes of the original Edinburgh gin and added Szechuan pepper makes for great hint of spice. Give your G&T a wee kick Drawing inspiration from far off lands, these gins take the best of the herbs and spices the world has to offer to deliver spirits that pack a punch. Trust us, it will change your life! 41.5 Mombasa Club This bold and spicy delight takes its name from a private social club founded in 15, who imported gin to Zanzibar for members to enjoy. Opihr Pronounced o-peer. Strongly spiced with the warmth of black pepper and cubebs. 42 Pickerings 147 Using a recipe from 147 India, the added cinnamon creates a smooth, spiced gin.

10 SCOTTISH GIN The finest gins in all the land. With a long history in crafting and distilling spirits, the Scots have revelled in the gin renaissance combining classic flavours with local botanicals. We ve selected our favourite Scottish gins to showcase for you so whether you prefer a light, citrus gin or a full bodied juniper burst, the Scots have got you covered! Arbikie Kirsty s Gin Made in Angus using home-made potato based spirit, this beautiful gin combines blaeberries, kelp and thistle for a smooth, lasting finish. Hendricks Sweet, floral aromas and a smooth juniper edge. HOUSE POUR.4 Daffy s A fantastic small batch gin which has been bottled at a very specific.4% ABV. Lebanese mint adds a crisp, refreshing edge to this gin. Makar Glasgow's very first gin boasts a mellow spice from coriander which perfectly compliments the juniper burst. SHETLAND PORTER S SCOTLAND 41.5 Porter s From Aberdeen, Porter's gin uses a number of traditional botanicals alongside the less common pink peppercorn and buddha's hand. Shetland Reel Using Apple Mint from Unst, this is a traditional-style gin with a Shetland twist. STRATHEARN STIRLING ARBIKIE Stirling Stirlingshire nettles are one of the more unusual botanicals used here to add a little spicy kick. 47 Strathearn Juniper The latest gin from the Strathearn Distillery does what it says on the tin, it is juniper-led with a peppery mouth-feel. 11 SAVOURY GIN 42 Dà Mhìle Seaweed This unusual delight is infused with seaweed from Newquay for three weeks to impart a coastal character and subtle green hue. It is triple filtered. Gin Mare Bringing you a taste of the Mediterranean, this gin features rosemary, thyme, basil and olive. 47 ½ 45 Death s Door An evolving juniper front followed by a spiced middle and cooling fennel finish. Isle of Harris Capturing the natural elements of the Isle of Harris, this spirit's stand out botanical is hand-harvested Sugar kelp. A really savoury treat. Proof that not all gin tastes like gin Seaweed, Kelp, Rosemary...all things green and savoury are featured in these gins. This exciting group of spirits are for those of you who like something refreshing and herbal. Pair with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and your herb of choice for something a bit different. ½ 42 Lighthouse Oranges, lemons and hints of native botanicals - including local peppery leaves - create a premium gin of exceptional flavour and complexity. Principe de los Apostles The botanicals in this Argentinian wonder include peppermint, eucalyptus, pink grapefruit skin and yerba mate to make an interesting premium gin. 4 Ocean Sent (Shetland Reel) Bladderwrack seaweed is the unique botanical in the second gin from Shetland Reel. Plenty of juniper with a hint of coastal flavour.

12 AGED GIN Because an Oldie is a Goodie Rested in rum barrels, sherry casks and whiskey barrels, this category features some top notch premium spirits. Creating a smooth, well rounded and slightly sweetened flavour is no mean feat but these gins are wonderfully flavoursome! We recommend trying these on the rocks first to really get the full flavour before popping in your mixer. 46 Colombian Orthodoxy A unique blend of Columbian berries, botanicals, peels, roots and spices. This gin offers-up classic aromas of juniper & angelica with mint & lemon notes. Firkin Making less than 100 bottles per batch, this gin is cask-aged in American Oak whisky casks for a most intense flavour Colombian Treasure Exotic flavours from Limon Mandarino, bring a great balance of sweet & citrus. 35 weeks resting in rum barrels finish the gin off with smoothness. Poetic License Old Tom Made in Sunderland, this gin has sweet notes that are expected from the Old Tom style. Aged in sherry casks, this gin offers up a lovely oak aroma. ½ 47.3 Two Birds Sipping Gin An intersting small batch gin, rested in oak casks for 3 months and then left to rest in two different kind of wood chippings! Perfect over ice! 3 Xoriguer Mahon This complex gin is made in traditional wood-fired stills from eau-de-vie (distilled wine), before resting in oak barrels. ½ Zuidam Dutch Courage (Old Tom) With liquorice root and vanilla, this gin is aged in American Oak. Sweet & smoky, a real treat!

13 CITRUS GIN 44 Dorothy Parker A great gin from the folks at the New York Distilling Company; this gin offers up citrus flavours with juniper, elderberries, citrus, cinnamon & hibiscus. Larios 12 With 12 botanicals including lime, lemon, coriander, orange, grapefruit, mandarin, clementine, tangerine, this gin is distilled 5 times. A great summer serve! 41 Half Hitch Made in the Camden Lock area of London, using single estate, Malawian Black Tea & Calabrian Bergamot - an Earl Grey Tea fan's dream! Malfy Made in Northern Italy, this gin packs a real citrus punch. Amalfy lemons, oranges,and grapefruit are distilled alongside classic gin botanicals. Zesty delights for perfect G&Ts. Grapefruit, Tangerine, Lemon, Orange, Lime, you name it, these gins have got it! Packed so full of fruit, they re practically one of your five a day, you re guaranteed to find a citrus wonder in this category. These spirits tend to pair well with Fever Tree Bitter Lemon or Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic as well the usual tonic Tanqueray 10 Made with the perfect Martini in mind, this gin keeps it classic and remains a firm favourite here at Gin71.
