Orange oil, orange peel, orange candies and lemon slice wash over the senses whilst a deep, subtle smoke and ash undercurrent flows back and forth. Sweet chocolate, peat, caramel and nutmeg drift across the tongue with malty swells. Oak drifts in with the tide. Nutmeg and chocolate wash very deep with a dry oaky finish. Treacle, Christmas cake and stone fruits disappear quickly leaving in-trigue and longing for a top-up.
