The cross country jumps are out of bounds. Any rider jumping the cross country jumps may be eliminated. Lunging is not permitted. Dogs are prohibited without exception. Medical armbands MUST be worn by ALL competitors Please sign in at the club rooms before riding. Open riders please note participants in events organised by PCAV Clubs, who are not current financial members of a PCAV Club, or who do not have any other approved insurance EA, AHSA, AERA, HRCAV, Interstate Pony Club member in place, are deemed to be Day Participants. Day Participants must pay the $10 Day Participation Fee and hand in the completed form when registering. Proof of current membership must be presented when registering on the day for Open otherwise the rider will be required to pay the $10 fee on the day. All participants in an Open Competition, including Pony Club Members, must sign a Public Liability Declaration Form. Back numbers will be supplied. However, competitors MAY supply their own numbers which must be displayed on both sides of the horse. Neither the organising committee of this event nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or event, to divide any class, alter the advertised times and refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason.
