1 Mentone Pony Club Incorporated A F Patterson Lakes Recreation Reserve Learmonth Rd, Patterson Lakes, 3197 Welcome to the Mentone Pony Club Combined Training & Dressage Day for Please take the time to review the details of this event on your entry form available at our website (mentone.ponyclubvic.org.au) or at Event Secretary (eventsecretary.org.au) GATE OPENS: 6.30am. Secretary s office and canteen open at 7am. PARKING: All floats and cars please enter via the main gate off Learmonth Rd. Follow the directions of our attendants and keep in mind that space will be limited so please minimize space between floats. All dressage and show jumping is held on the clubroom side of the grounds. HORSE DAY YARDS: Only available for Mentone Pony Club members at this event. If you are from another club and have an extraordinary reason for needing a yard please contact Hannah on GEAR CHECK: from 7.45am. All competitors must present to gear check at least 20 mins before competing. For dressage only riders, one gear check is required before the first test. For CT riders, gear check is required before both the dressage and jumping phase. For riders entered in both CT and dressage, a gear check before the first dressage test and then again before the jumping phase. COMPETITOR NUMBERS: All competitors to supply their own bridle or saddle cloth numbers and they must be displayed on both sides of the horse please. OPEN RIDERS: As per conditions of entry on the entry form. Please read carefully - the forms are attached so please save us all time on the day and fill in prior and present to the desk on arrival with the additional $10 if applicable. Proof of your EA/HRCAV/or your personal insurance must be provided. ACCESS TO XC PADDOCK: Feel free to walk down to our fantastic new Cross Country course to have a look around and check out all our new jumps. Please do not take cars/floats or horses into the XC paddock at this event. SCORING: Event Secretary will be scoring. Please note that countbacks will occur for all equal placings (not just first place as previously advertised). SCRATCHINGS: As per Conditions of entry on entry form. For scratchings PRIOR to the day contact Event Secretary kslade@eventsecretary.com.au or on the day to Hannah on SHOW JUMPING COURSE WALK TIMES: Grade 1: 10:30-11:15 Grade 2: 11:25-11:55 Grade 3: 12:35-12:55 Grade 4: 1:45-2:05 Grade 5: 3:10-3:30 NO DOGS PLEASE! PLEASE PICK UP MANURE AND PLACE UNDER TREE LINES AROUND PERIMETER.
