Bronze Medals: (Continued) Robert Chionna 8 Robert Lee 12 Rodney Beaumont 2 Steve Brown 3 Steve Stepic 1 Yashmin Beaumont 1 One of the sponsors that helped make the day a success (Thanks Steve) Cordon Corner For those people growing, tending or even thinking about growing grapevines to support their interest in wine, the cordon corner is back and ready to assist. September means bud-burst and the start of a brand new season and hopefully by now last season s work and the new season s preparation is complete. The long range forecast is for a dry, mild spring which will suit us just fine. However, spring as we know can be very unpredictable so plans should be in place to ensure we are armed with a variety of fungicides ready to react to whatever weather is thrown at us. Mike Payne P.S. Any suggestions from members as to the area of interest, content or topics you would like to see addressed in the cordon corner should be passed on to the guild president.
