11 Frequently asked questions What is the best postcode to use for the stadium when travelling by car? The Stadium s post code is B5 7QU. How many car parking spaces do you have on site? We have over 400 onsite car parking places which are free for all Christmas Party guests How far is the stadium from Birmingham New Street? The nearest train stadium is Birmingham New Street which is approximately two miles away. How much is a taxi fare to Birmingham City Centre? An average price of a taxi is around 7.00 to go into the City Centre and we can call you a taxi from our reception desk What is the dress code for the Christmas Parties? The dress code is smart casual but you are welcome to dress up in 70 s, 80 s or 90 s fancy dress. What if I or a members of my booking have a dietary requirement? This is not a problem at all. As long as we have enough notice we can cater for most dietary requirements. Please just let us know at the time of booking of any known dietary requirements. What time is the bar open too? The bar closes at 1am. Can I pre order drinks? Yes we offer a drinks pre order service. Once you have booked your party one of our co-ordinators will send you a pre order form and all the drinks package information. Can I take home any unopened or unfinished drinks that have been pre ordered or bought on the night? Unfortunately not. Our policy is that no alcohol can be taken out of the Stadium and all drinks purchased must be consumed on the premise only. Do you have a hotel onsite? No we do not have a hotel onsite but we do have two fantastic hotel partners we recommend. Hampton by Hilton and Hotel La Tour. Both of which are a short taxi drive away in the city centre. Please ask our party coordinator for more details.
