At the second, go straight on and then turn right at the third set. The hotel is located on the left hand side. From the West: Leave the M8 at junction 17 and take the right fork. Turn right at each of the next 3 sets of traffic lights, at the fourth set turn left and then right again at the fifth. The hotel is located on the left hand side. Directions by Rail Both Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations are a 15 min walk away or a short taxi ride (approximately 5.00) to the hotel. A per person deposit is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. Should this not be received the booking will be cancelled. The outstanding balance is required 4 weeks prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will automatically be cancelled. Bookings made after Wednesday 1st November 2017 will require payment in full at the time of booking. All bedroom reservations cannot be booked until the deposit payment has been made. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Only the lead name on the booking can make changes to the booking, such as adding guests and making payments. Deposits, part payments and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation. In the event of cancellation by the hotel, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel. Our menu is correct at time of print and may be subject to change. Beverages will be held by our security department and returned at the end of the evening. No corkage available. Bar accounts can only be set up on the evening if a credit card is given. Organisers are requested to ensure that all special dietary requirements are notified 7 days prior to the event date at the latest. Please note that food service cannot be held for latecomers. The function rooms will be set as courtesy seating according to table size, if you have a specific request with regards to your table, please contact the Christmas co-ordinator and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However we cannot fully guarantee that all requests will be met. We will endeavour to try to sit groups together where possible but cannot guarantee this or accept individual table plans (unless otherwise for private events). The Ballroom will be set with long tables, so some parties, dependant on size, will be sharing with other groups. The hotel management reserve the right to upgrade any guest to the Grand Ballroom party night. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises or equipment thereon by negligence, wilful act or default of any person invited by you or on your behalf to the hotel. The hotel management will not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to article brought onto the premises. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and operates a smart casual dress code.
