Bookings that cancel after 5th November will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved i.e. accommodation, meals, beverages. 4. All dietary requirements must be notified to the Christmas Co-ordinator no later than 5th November. 5. The hotel shall endeavour to accommodate all reasonable requirements at no additional cost. There may be an additional cost for any surplus requests which need to be provided by specialist suppliers. In these extreme circumstances you will be notified on receipt of your pre-order. 6. If you have any concerns regarding food allergens, please ask a member of staff and you will be provided with detailed information on each dish. 7. Bookings made after 5th November will require to be paid in full at time of booking. 8. All prices include VAT at the current rate. A non-refundable deposit of 20 per person will be required. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers, or to move an event to a smaller / larger room should numbers dictate. 13. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at its discretion when all deposits and payments will be refunded. 14. The hotel management reserve the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the compamy, organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. 15.
